Tour di mangrovie, spiagge e isole in kayak

We had a fantastic experience with Paraty Explorer's tour "Mangrove, Beaches and Islands by Kayak". Communication was excellent before the tour started. We were provided with a clear map by Whatsapp to guide us to their meeting location. They knew we were arriving by cruise ship and were very accommodating with the start time to fit the arrival time of our ship. We were with 3 other couples. Michael was very patient and took time in explaining how the kayaks work and adjusting each of them before we started. We are accompanied by a second guide, Pippo. Both guides were very knowledgeable about the area and vegetation. We kayaked through a mangrove area and then had a break on a beach nearby. At the end we had an option to go to another area. The other couples were ready to head back. Once again, they were very flexible and willing to accommodate everybody so one guide escorted that group back to the shore. Pippo, the other guide, took my husband and I to another mangrove area so that he could show us a Cabybara (really interesting looking animal). We really enjoyed our tour. I am a travel agent and would not hesitate to recommend Paraty Explorer to any of my clients.

We kayak across a very beautiful bay over into some mangrove areas and went up a river a bit To get to the location is about a 20 minute walk through cobblestone Street from the port

We had a fantastic kayak tour through the beautiful, unspoiled mangroves with Paddy as our guide. The scenery was peaceful and stunning — a perfect way to connect with nature. As first-time kayakers, we really appreciated Paddy’s calm, knowledgeable guidance. He made us feel completely safe and at ease, while sharing fascinating insights about the area’s ecosystem and wildlife. A truly memorable and relaxing experience — highly recommended!

Excellent guide Juliano very kind, clear in his explanations, speaking in almost perfect English and with whom we enjoyed discovering the beautiful bay of Paraty and the secrets of the mangrove in kayak Only downside: TripAdvisor error on the “meeting point” which is not up to date for 2 years and located on another beach nearly a km away!! And no one answers the contact call on the booking voucher Luckily Juliano waited for us 🤗 Thank you Juliano for this wonderful time

a big thank you to Pipo for his great professionalism. He introduced us to nature , and set a lot of fun. He took the time to explain to our teens how to kayak properly so as not to get tired too quickly ... and a pirate technique to water the parents 😂 it was really nice!!

This was a lovely trip and suitable for teens and adults . We went in double canoes that were very safe. We mainly paddled hugging the coast and then travelled though a mangrove. It was surreal and fascinating later we paddled to a restaurant for drinks and then back a different way. We all enjoyed it very much and our guide Juliano was very knowledgeable and fun. He spoke perfect English.

A great excursion that. It was well organized, guides were very knowledgeable and overall a great time. Would highly recommend for your time in Paraty.

We really enjoyed our kayaking experience with Michael. We kayaked in the bay stopping off at a lovely beach, an island where we had a light bite, and on our way back, via a mangrove. Michael was a great guide who gave technique tips for paddling and was knowledgeable about the local area and wildlife. 100% recommend.

Great fun and Paulo our guide was excellent. The kayaking was exerting but not overly challenging. We always felt safe and in good hands and Paulo gave us useful info during the experience. I’d highly recommend these guys if you are staying in Paraty - it’s a great way to see some of the mangroves and beaches.
