La tua Guida Daniel ti preleva dal tuo hotel CBD di Sydney a bordo di un lussuoso furgone Mercedes per un'intera giornata nella Hunter Valley. Questo tour per piccoli gruppi (max 11 ospiti) visita tre porte di cantina selezionate con cura: la splendida tenuta provenzale di Krinklewood, il raffinato 1813 a Tinonee e il suggestivo vino Keith Tulloch. Presso il Keith Tulloch troverete un cioccolatiere artigianale sul sito e potrete aggiungere una degustazione di gin artigianale senza costi aggiuntivi. Il pranzo è al Café Enzo — un'istituzione della Hunter Valley dal 1996, situato in un cortile toscano in arenaria a Pokolbin. Cibo fatto in casa, prodotti locali, piatti generosi. Gli ospiti pagano il giorno. Nessuna fermata turistica affollata. Niente assaggi affrettati. Solo una giornata elevata nella valle con una Guida che lo conosce davvero.

Alle 8:00 AM il tuo viaggio inizia mentre il tuo autista / guida ti preleva dal tuo indirizzo di ritiro designato a Sydney CBD in un mini van di lusso con aria condizionata. Godetevi il paesaggio mentre ci dirigiamo verso la costa verso la bellissima Hunter Valley. Il viaggio dura circa 2 ore e mezza. *Ti veniamo a prendere e ti riportiamo al tuo indirizzo specificato a Sydney o Hunter Valley - hotel, Airbnb, residenza privata. Entro le 11:00 arriverete alla vostra prima destinazione: Krinklewood Estate. Un gioiello nascosto circondato da giardini in stile provenzale dove i pavoni vagano liberamente. Qui, ti concederai un'elegante degustazione di vini, perfettamente abbinata a un tagliere di formaggi e salumi di provenienza locale, se lo desideri. Sorseggiate lentamente perché starete qui per 1 ora e mezza. Il tempo perfetto per godersi il vino a un ritmo senza fretta, godersi l'atmosfera mozzafiato e scattare alcune foto degne di Instagram nel parco. Alle 12:00 ci dirigiamo verso il 1813, elegante cantina incastonata tra le vigne di Tinonee Vineyard Estate. Rilassatevi e godetevi un'esperienza di degustazione di vini nella loro porta della cantina climatizzata durante i mesi più caldi e accanto al camino sulla terrazza adiacente durante i mesi più freschi, ammirando il pittoresco scenario e la spettacolare formazione di arenaria nota come Yellow Rock. Per le 13:30 è ora di un pranzo lungo e indulgente. Situato all'interno del complesso di arenaria di ispirazione toscana del Peppers Creek Village su Broke Road, Café Enzo è uno dei punti ristoro più amati della Hunter Valley dal 1996. Il menù è costruito intorno a piatti locali e fatti in casa: pensate a piatti generosi, ottimo caffè e un cortile all'aperto che vi fa venire voglia di soffermarvi. Si tratta di una vera e propria istituzione della valle, conosciuta tanto per l'atmosfera e l'ospitalità quanto per il cibo stesso. Gli ospiti ordinano e pagano il giorno.
Dopo pranzo ci immergiamo nella calma lucida del vino Keith Tulloch, uno spazio architettonicamente suggestivo e pieno di luce incorniciato da viste sulle montagne e prati scolpiti. Coast to Cork was such a great experience, I highly recommend them! Daniel is just the kind of guy to spend the day with visiting wineries. He really made it so lovely. The thought really went into picking great places that aren’t overcrowded. The wine was wonderful and the wine makers were awesome to chat with. We also moved to Sydney about a month ago and loveeeee the kangaroos, which Daniel made sure to help us find them throughout the day with the last stop having them all over the vineyards! Daniel is also extremely knowledgeable about wine and Hunter Valley, including all surrounding areas. Truly cannot recommend this tour enough! Thank you for such a great day!
Daniel and Kylie were our guides. We couldn’t have asked for better guides. They knew about all the wineries and selected the very best. We were treated like VIPs all along the trip. The lunch was very good at Enzo. Warning… The portions are humongous. We had so much fun. We highly recommend this tour.

Highly recommend. A great wine tasting experience. We were picked up in Sydney in a comfortable Mercedes 9 seater. Visited 3 cellar doors with some great wines and had a lovely lunch. Daniel is the perfect guide and Lydia is super helpful with her communications and details for the tour.

Pickup at the hotel was great and easy. Wineries chosen especially the Thomas Allen winery (which was outstanding) were all good. The bonus was seeing kangaroos in the wild. They were just outside of a winery resting in the shade. It was the icing on the cake.

6 stars! Coast to cork messaged us the night before with an exact pick up time and Daniel met us on time. The Mercedes van was very nice and clean, I had a nice wine nap on the way back to Sydney. Daniel is so nice and was cool to chat with, he told us stories of Australia and Australian wine. He took us to Vinden (our favorite), Keith Tolluch (where we had an awesome lunch) and Thomas Allen (where we bought the most bottles). Each winery was passionate about wine making and the experiences they provided, each host was super knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks again Daniel and Cork to Coast, we had such a great trip! We highly recommend.

The drive to the Hunter Valley was entertaining, you had a good impression of the scenery - the guide gave us interesting background information about the area and the history of the winegrowing and the individual wineries that emerged here - all around it was a sensual, culinary experience in beautiful locations! It was one of the highlights of our 4day Sydney stay!

We had an amazing time on our vineyard tour, Dan was such a great host! He was relaxed, friendly, and full of interesting information about the Hunter. Everywhere we stopped, we were made to feel extra special and well catered to, all were the perfect spots to enjoy delicious wine surrounded by beautiful views.

It was a delightful trip with 3 wineries that are not so commercialised. The wines were great. During the drive, you could see wild kangaroos too. Our guide Daniel was friendly and did his best to make customers happy.
