We had a great time on this excursion. Our guide gave us information about Lucca, we had free time to tour the city and I climbed to the top of one of the bell towers for a beautiful view of the city. Then we toured the winery which provided us with delicious local foods, honey, olive oil, and wine. We had a quick stop at the Leaning Tower for photos and a bit of free time. This was a great way to spend our day in the port of La Spezia.
We had a great tour with Tommaso. We really enjoyed Lucca, not overly crowded and great history. The local winery was great!! Would recommend
We had such a nice day exploring Lucca, tasting wine and having lunch at the vineyard and stopping to see the Leaning Tower in Pisa. Marco was an excellent guide.
Spent the day with Raffaele. He was a great tour director and was very knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend him to all of my friends. Good times thank you Chris and Carl
The best tour ever! Tommaso was knowledgeable and fun. Lucca was the type of town we wanted to see while in Italy and it didn’t disappoint. The wine tasting and light lunch was top notch, we actually sat in the vineyard. Could not have asked for a better day.
Tomasso gave us a wonderful tour. I highly recommend this experience. We are a family of four (two teenagers), and we all really enjoyed this. Tomasso shared with us the beautiful city of Luca, and we had a great time at a small family winery. We stopped at Pisa as well. If you want to get away from the tourist crowds and have a fantastic day, take this tour.
You have a wonderful family Thank you and hope to see you soon!
Raffaele was our guide and driver. He met us right at the port so no need to take a shuttle or taxi to go to a meeting place. The Mercedes van was very comfortable for 6 adults. We had an excellent day touring Lucca, enjoying our wine tasting and lunch at a family vineyard and then stopping in Pisa. Raffaele provided us with so much information. We had time to visit and shop on our own in Lucca as well as enjoy the vineyard.
It’s great to hear you enjoyed your time here! Thanks so much, and we hope to see you again soon. Kind regards, Tommaso
We were a small group of 7. The guide managed to engage us all. He was knowledgeable and passionate about his hometown (Lucca) and the wine tasting; perhaps less so about Pisa. The wine tasting at the small family owned winery was refreshingly different from the massive, corporate wineries of Napa Valley.
Simply the best tour you can imagine. The vineyard was stunning and our guide Tomasso was the best. Myself my wife and two older children loved the experience. We owe it all to Tomasso who made our day one that we will never forget.
Tommaso was awesome, this was one of the best days on our trip through Europe. We got to see Lucca, Pisa, and had an incredible lunch and wine tasting at Fratelli Urbani in the countryside. I highly recommend booking this experience with Tommaso!
