Iniziamo il nostro tour da “Kotti”, uno dei luoghi centrali di Kreuzberg. In una breve introduzione, la nostra guida vi fornirà una panoramica della storia, della vita e della cultura di Kreuzberg. Kreuzberg fu fondato a metà del XIX secolo come tipico quartiere operaio. Le persone vivevano in enormi complessi edilizi, alcuni dei quali nel quinto o sesto cortile. Scopriamo questi luoghi in Oranienstraße e proviamo a immaginare la vita di una volta, quando era quasi impossibile respirare aria fresca; quando molte persone non affittavano un intero appartamento o una stanza, ma trascorrevano 8 ore su un materasso. Ovviamente, la maggior parte della classe operaia aveva idee (radicali) di sinistra. Kreuzberg si è quindi logicamente trasformato in un quartiere critico, con continue manifestazioni, escalation comprese. The evening tour of Kreuzberg with our guide Sammy was super fun and was incredibly interesting. The atmosphere was very relaxed and it seemed like walking with a friend and learning a lot of information and stories about the neighborhood. We talked well in between, were also able to ask questions not only about Kreuzberg and exchange ideas with each other. Absolute Recommendation and always back!
