Tour di Guatapé

Luis was an excellent guide during our stay in Medellín! We recommend his tour with our eyes closed! The whole family enjoyed it. Thank you Luis for everything and we will surely see each other again

This is a very overdue review. We toured to Guatape with Luis in July 2026. It was a great experience. He was hospitable, knowledgeable and flexible. He picked us up from our hotel in Medellin (and was there early). It felt like we had a local showing us around. We stumbled onto an Antioqueño festival in Guatape and ultimately ditched the rest of our plans to enjoy that instead. Great time and I'd highly recommend Luis.

Luis took us on a private tour from Medellin to to Guatape, incl climbing the rock, lunch in Guatape, walk of the town and many scenic spots in the area. He is an excellent guide, knows the area well, and sent us off at the airport in the afternoon in good time to catch our plane. Well done Luis.

Luis was our driver for our trip and tour guide and he was amazing. He got us safely and timely to the airport, concert and did a great tour Gutapae. It was way better than a large group tour bc we were not rushed and could choose exactly what we wanted to do and stay. The car was comfortable. If I ever visit again I’d love to stay

Luis was a wonderful tour guide! He picked us up from our hotel in the morning (so convenient!) and provided interesting information as we made our way to Guatapé and to climb the Peñon de Guatapé. I appreciated the flexibility of the tour - Luis was happy to stay at a place longer or move on to the next stop whenever we were ready to go. Enjoyed his humor and personality. Would highly recommend recommend taking this tour with Luis!
