Lo stato di Sinaloa è noto per il suo mezcal e questo tour guidato offre un'introduzione. Ti veniamo a prendere ovunque tu scelga: hotel, condominio o al porto. Poi il tuo autista ti porterà al nostro ranch. Una volta arrivati al nostro ranch, possiamo vedere 55 ettari di piantagione di agave, diversi tipi e dimensioni di agave. Visiteremo anche la fabbrica di mezcal e ti mostreremo tutto il processo per produrre il mezcal. Dopo, faremo una degustazione di mezcal: bianco, reposado, mandorle, caffè, mango, tamarin, isbiscus. Per finire pranzeremo nel nostro ristorante; burritos di machaca, fagioli, salsa, tortillas di mais fatte a mano e formaggio flambée di mezcal. Avrai tempo per fare shopping.

What a great tour. We were expecting just a Mexican lunch and Mezcal tasting but there was an unexpected 4 wheel drive experience on the farm. The food was wonderful and the demo of making tequilla cheese was another extra. We really enjoyed our authentic Mexican farm visit.
The food was really good. The workers were very friendly and nice. The food was made fresh to order.
Fernando was an excellent guide! He not only taught us all about the agave plant, tequila, and mezcal, he gave us a tour of Mazatlán. The tour was supposed the be three hours, but he gave us five hours of his time. He was kind and knowledgable. The tequila, mezcal, and lunch were all amazing!
Fernando is fantastic! He is so knowledgable and friendly! The food is delicious and so are all of the different types of tequila. You will learn a lot and have an excellent time.
