Il momento clou è naturalmente la degustazione dei vari champagne dopo averli conosciuti. Tutto ha senso quando ci sei tu! Non guarderai mai lo champagne allo stesso modo dopo questo tour. Incontra alcuni produttori, lasciati stupire dalle grandi case, e se sei lì al raccolto sperimenterai il succo incredibile che esce da una pressa!

Partenza da Starbuck’s Odeon dove potrete prendere un caffè e un croissant in attesa dello Champagne.
Una Cattedrale recentemente restaurata dove la maggior parte dei re da quando Clodoveo sono stati incoronati è un vero momento da scoprire. Tutte le vetrate sono state sostituite con opere classiche fino a quando due artisti di spicco hanno modernizzato le storie da raccontare. Marc Chagall ha miracolosamente mantenuto il suo stile e Imi Knoebel vi stupirà con un colore cubico impressionante. Vi racconterò alcuni dettagli in modo che quando arriverete farete un giro abbastanza veloce e saprete cosa cercare.
A seconda delle possibilità di pianificazione, una visita del produttore medio-grande inizierà la giornata. Potrebbe essere Lanson (uno dei miei preferiti) Pommery, Taittinger, Veuve Clicquot, Mumm, se al mattino. Se non ne sono disponibili ce ne sono molti più piccoli da visitare con ottimi champagne da gustare. Più si prenota in anticipo più possibilità ci saranno di avere un posto nelle case più popolari. Ogni casa ha qualcosa di unico, soprattutto nel modo delle loro cantine.
Dove è nata l'idea dello Champagne. Ancora oggi valgono i metodi scritti da Dom Pierre Perignon. La chiesa ha una parte molto importante nella storia. Questa sarà una visita guidata abbastanza breve ma importante nella comprensione dello Champagne e della sua storia. Attraverseremo il pittoresco villaggio e andremo nell'area picnic per fare foto o fare un picnic o bere dello champagne.
Faremo un giro sul viale più ricco del mondo. Avrai le tue opzioni di pranzo qui con un po 'di tempo per stare da solo. Vi indicherò i posti migliori, che avremo fatto sulla strada per Reims. SE c'è bel tempo, un picnic può essere scelto sul belvedere più favoloso di Hautvillers. Il pranzo sarebbe in tal caso ritirato in una panetteria locale. Visita un piccolo produttore in un tour intimo molto anticipato. Spesso questo è il momento clou della giornata! Imparerete molto, vedrete molto e assaggerete molto.
Viaggio di ritorno a Parigi. Il traffico è solitamente buono fino a EuroDisney, dopo può e di solito è molto intenso. Puoi essere lasciato alla Cattedrale di Notre Dame o prima durante il nostro viaggio di ritorno tramite Rive Droite da Pont d'Austerlitz o dal punto di prelievo.

Amazing full day Champagne experience to several different locations. Neil adjusted the tour to try a new house tour. It was absolutely Perfect! He is very knowledgeable with all the vineyards and took us to the best little spot in France. Highly recommend this trip if you have a day to sightsee.

We had the most wonderful day with Neil on this champagne tasting excursion! HIGHLY recommend! Neil took us to two champagne producers-- 1 large and 1 small-- both were beautiful, informative and welcoming, and the champagnes we tasted were wonderful! Not only did we learn a lot through the tours at each of the wineries, Neil also shared his extensive knowledge of the champagne industry, the region, the method of production, and so much more.
