I was in town visiting for a week in Guatemala City and not only booked private tours to the city and Antigua but for private transportation. The tour guides Luis and Roberto were excellent. They could speak English if needed. Roberto went out of his way to help my aunt in and out of the van to ensure her safety as she is handicapped. ALL the drivers were exceptional- punctual, friendly, respectful and also knowledgeable, specially Joel. I was impressed with their customer service and will definitely use Authentic Guatemala when I return.

Very pleasant visit in a comfortable and air-conditioned vehicle with an extremely competent guide. This makes it possible to discover Guatemala City, which is much prettier than we imagine. Included is a visit to the market that is worthwhile, as well as the possibility of lunch in a panoramic restaurant at our expense. A very good way to discover the city when you don't know it. A small downside on the price which is still quite high.
