The driver arrived early and I was notified by text right on time, which was perfect at 4:15pm. He was polite, helpful, and give us a tour . The car was spotless, comfortable, with great air conditioning and even a divider for extra safety. This service truly took the stress out of my travel. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and will definitely be using JetBlack for all my future airport trips when I visit New York.

This unprofessional company just left my son stranded at LaGuardia, he should have been at the hotel an hour ago. They confirmed the ride with their driver this morning...and she is a NO SHOW to pick him up. This has cost us at least 2 hours of delay, he has to get UBER or a cab now. If you want reliable transportation in Manhattan, use BlackLane folks. You want guess work, then book this company!!!
