This tour was a painful mess for me. It's not a private tour and the entire itinerary is subpar and seems to have been designed for backpacking kids. Everything was very low quality. I had to constantly work behind the scenes and pay other people and businesses to upgrade my activities so that it wasn't a disaster. I eventually just abandoned the tour and proceeded on my own. This tour and company book the lowest quality accommodations and services. Steer clear. The agent tried to assist me via text but she could only do so much because the company owner was not active and could not be contacted.

From the very beginning, all reservations were managed exactly as outlined in the itinerary you received prior to your purchase. The hotels — all 3-star category — were presented to you in advance and approved by you before we proceeded with confirmation, as clearly stated in our service description. Our tours are personalized, with carefully planned itineraries, qualified guides, and private or shared tourist transportation as contracted. In your case, every activity and visit was delivered as agreed. If you later chose to modify part of the itinerary on your own and hire additional services from third parties, that was a personal decision outside of our organization’s responsibility. We would like to emphasize that, throughout the entire process, our team maintained constant and professional communication, addressing your concerns and supporting you even in situations beyond our control. Unfortunately, on several occasions, our staff — guides, drivers, and office team — were subjected to inappropriate comments and attitudes from you. Nevertheless, we always attended to you respectfully and worked to provide immediate solutions whenever an issue arose. It’s important to note that the accommodations and other services we offer are part of strategic partnerships with local operators who are committed to maintaining high-quality standards. Should any issue occur, our policy is to address it promptly and efficiently, as was done in your case. It's a very reliable company. Every time we asked something we were answered instantly in the Whastapp group, before and during the holidays. We had an amazing time, all the activities in Peru exceeded our expectations. Excellent guides, super comfortable transfer vehicles, cute hotels. If we ever return to beautiful Peru, it is very likely that we will hire Inca Trilogy again. A big hug to the whole team!

I learned history live and in color with quality through competent and well-prepared professionals. Peru is much more than you can see in the pictures...not to mention the cuisine! Spectacular!

The people are very well organized! We were treated really well and the guys were helping us with everything we needed during our stay. They helped us with restourants and additional activities during our stay which was not part of the tour. They had drivers waiting for us everywhere we went and they were very precise with timing. The tours were very well organized and the guides were knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely recommend Inca trilogy tours to everyone visiting Peru as those guys.

That was a fantastic experience, they are very organized and most of the time, on time Nazca, Machu Pichu, rainbow mountain, Humntay Lake area great places to see.
