An excellent tour. We arrived as the tragic disaster affecting the centre of Sri Lanka unfolded. We noted the Sri Lankan government encouragement of tourists in areas not directly affected by the cyclone to help businesses relying on tourists for business and we adapted our tour with Wasana accordingly. Our tour was so good. Wasana used local guides for activities like at Polonnaruwa, Sigiriya (Lion rock and safari), all real highlights especially our safari guide who was an elephant whisperer - predicting where they'll go and positioning us nearby). And when things didnt go according to plan and we needed hospital level care, Wasana couldn't have been more helpful and caring. Best tour guide ever.
