We had an excellent stay at here and would highly recommend it. We arranged airport transportation through the hotel for a late-night arrival, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. From the moment we booked our four rooms until the day we checked out, the staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. A special thank you to Lilly for their outstanding hospitality and for keeping in touch throughout our stay via WhatsApp, making everything easy and convenient.

A fantastic 2 day 1 night boat cruise at HaLong bay. Danny was a great tour guide and all the staff on the boat made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend it!
