We arrived in Peru full of enthusiasm. On the Sacred Valley tour with Jose and then the Humantay Lagoon with Marco. It was one of the best life experiences. The worst part of my experience with PACHA INCA: 1. The accommodation at the HOTEL ANDINA (Cusco): There were ants in the beds and torn towels (photos). Pacha Inca was notified, and they changed our hotel. 2. The accommodation at the HOTEL INKA´S LAND: The room was very small for three people. 3. The transport did not have the air conditioning working, it was full so the windows had to be opened and the road was dirt. We breathed a lot of dust and dirt. 4. The payment was made by credit card, to which AN ADDITIONAL VALUE of 5% WAS ADDED. It was a horrible surprise! 5. The information Milagros gave regarding the weather in Cusco WAS WRONG. We had to buy hats, gloves, and sweaters, it was very cold. The clothing we purchased was not enough to go to the mountain of colors and Pacha Inca lent us sweaters. The best: The tour guides are very professional people.

Our 4-day, 3-night tour was fantastic! On the first day, we explored Chinchero, the Maras Salt Mines, Moray, and Ollantaytambo—each stop was breathtaking and filled with history. The second day took us on a scenic train ride to Aguas Calientes, where the friendly staff ensured a comfortable journey. The highlight was visiting Machu Picchu on day three. Our guide shared fascinating insights, making the experience unforgettable. Throughout the trip, the service was excellent, with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting a perfect blend of history and stunning landscapes.
We were a family of 8 people total: 4 adults and 4 teenagers, and we spent 5 days in Cusco. We booked our day tours through the Pacha Inca Cusco Tour. We were so happy with their service and recommendations. All tours picked us up on time and were small groups - which we loved. Our tour guides were wonderful, very knowledgeable and friendly. Tour buses were new and clean. Pacha Inca Couscous Tour agency made it really easy for us and we can’t thank them enough for organizing these tours for us. We mainly worked with Milagros, who was amazing! She stayed in touch with us via Whats app throughout our tours and checked on us often. She even did us personal favor, and picked up our laundry for us, on the day the tour was coming back late. I have never had another tour agency do that for me. Thank you Milagros for making our time in Cusco a memorable experience!

We recommend it 100%. Reliable, correct agency, very attentive staff, especially Edite. My husband and I went, at first the agency was recommended by the reception of the hotel where we were staying, so we went there in person to find out and see how it works in terms of values and everything else. We liked it so much that we booked the three main tours with them. All with guides, vans that pick you up at the hotel. They gave us support at all times via WhatsApp
