3 days Iguazu

This was an incredible experience seeing both sides of the falls and a core memory for me. Agustina did a great job arranging my trip and also answering any questions I had two very knowledgeable guides and a driver which made this experience completely hassle free. I’d highly recommend

Iguazu Falls experience ( 3 days)

I did the 3 day Iguazu tour and it was honestly a wonderful experience. Agustina was brilliant with arranging all aspects of my trip and answering all my questions. I had very knowledgeable guides each day and a great driver too. The falls were incredible to see from all the differnet trails. This was a great hassle free experience. I would highly reccommend this trip

Awesome

Wow—what an adventure at Iguazu Falls! We highly recommend using Signature Tours. We did a 3-day tour with optional airfare, and everything was handled seamlessly. The tour operator was very communicative, sending all flight information ahead of time, which made the process stress-free. The drivers were always on time, and the O2 Hotel was perfectly located downtown—close to everything, including great restaurants. We had a day to explore the city, and then were picked up right on schedule by our tour guide, Ricardo, both days. He was phenomenal—extremely knowledgeable and shared the history and key highlights on both the Brazilian and Argentine sides of the falls. We would absolutely use Signature Tours again and highly recommend adding the boat ride—it gives you an incredible perspective of the falls (and yes, you will get soaked!).

3 day Iguazu Falls review

So well organized and Pajaro went above and beyond to accomodate my husband by arranging a golf cart when needed.

Flight Issues

Visiting the Iguazu Falls is a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it. However, Signature Travel Agency, the provider using Viator to advertise this tour, had some flaws. They arranged inconvenient flights between Buenos Aires and the Falls, presumably because those were cheaper flights. Then, the return flight on JetSMART was cancelled by the airline due to an air traffic controllers' work stoppage. Signature didn't get me a replacement flight. In fact, I arranged my substitute flight myself on Aerolineas Argentina, and I wound up being able to get on an earlier, more convenient flight back to Buenos Aires. Since Signature had booked the JetSMART flight for me, that airline informed me that Signature would have to apply for a refund on my behalf. I have yet to hear from Signature about my refund, and it is over a week. By the way, they subcontract with another tour company, Sol Iguazu, for activities in the Iguazu area, and I found that that company had better service. I would recommend booking directly with Sol Iguazu for Iguazu tours and a hotel and making flight arrangements onself.

Getting there was tough!

The falls are breathtaking! Miscommunication by the company, missed flight, delayed flight, unnecessary stress took a lot away from what should have been a magnificent experience.

Book yourself your trip, this is way overpriced and the service wasn’t good at all

Iguazu Falls are beautiful and you’ll love it there, both from the Argentinian side and the Brazilian one, that’s for sure. The guide that came with me, Ariel, was also very nice and explained a lot of things about the fauna and flora of Iguazu. So the trip itself, nothing to complaint about. However, I wouldn’t recommend coming here as an organised excursion and especially not this one. First, it’s way overpriced. It’s hard to understand how they justify more than 2000 USD for this excursion with the 5 stars hotel option. Usually I book everything myself but decided to use TrioAdvisor for this excursion just to make things easier. However, when you see how much taxis, flights, accommodation and entrance tickets really cost, you realise you’re paying easily three to four times more. And they book the most basic option for everything: the worst flight seats (I upgraded myself those so that I could board earlier and added luggage), the most basic hotel room and with only breakfast included (why not half board?). At the park, you only have the entrance fee included. Every other activity you wish to do (like a boat tour), it’s extra. Ariel was nice, but you don’t really need a guide to visit the Falls. It’s very accessible and the trails are foolproof. His knowledge was welcome though. I also had a bad experience regarding how they managed a strike at Buenos Aires airport. I understand that’s out of their control, but I was sent the pickup time at my hotel hours before and it was much much sooner than expected (I almost didn’t sleep that night). Ok, the flight schedule changed, but they could have at least told me that sooner. I then asked if more itinerary changes were expected, they tell me no. However, I managed to find the reservation code and go to the airline company’s website and saw that my return flight had ALSO been changed. It was up to me to inform them of that! (?). It should be the other way around, honestly. Also, when I arrived at Iguazu, the transfer wasn’t there. Because… they didn’t know about the flight changes! So I had to wait 1h for the transfer to come! So, I paid this extremely overpriced excursion for some peace of mind, but in the end I had to inform the company of the changes (return flight changed), I had to wait for the transfer at Iguazu, had to insist to confirm the transfer when coming back to Buenos Aires (was afraid they didn’t update this as well…), I had to spend even more money getting the flight conditions I wanted/needed… Ah, and when you choose the 5 stars hotel option, they don’t tell you right away which one is it. By the way, it was the Mercure, but why can’t they list the hotel right when you’re booking your excursion? Also, since you book the accommodation through them, forget about getting loyalty points… Honestly, just book yourself the flights, get taxis yourself (very easy to do at Buenos Aires and Iguazu), buy yourself the entrance ticket and choose your accommodation how you want it. This is way, way overpriced and for this money you would expect luxury and stellar service, and you won’t get that.

A must do experience

We arrived to be met by Rene our guide for the Brazilian side of the Falls. I am understating this to say the whole experience was magical. The next day was a multicultural tour with Carlos as our guide. 2 walks to the falls finished with the great adventure a jungle drive with a boat trip up to and under the falls. Very wet. I highly recommend this tour

Spectacular and exhilarating

All four of us thoroughly enjoyed our trip booked through Signature Tours (arranged by Augustina, many thanks to her). We booked the tour with private guide and flights. Everything went VERY smoothly from transfers to and from airports, hotels and the falls. Hotel was very good as was our guide. We found having a private guide (Rene) really helpful as it meant we were taken round the key sights efficiently and comfortably (our lack of Spanish, we felt, would probably have hindered us). The falls themselves are spectacular and well worth seeing (from both sides) and the icing on the cake was the boat adventure. Prepare to get very wet... but worth it. Advice: Take swimwear and a towel to change before and after the boat ride.

Iguazu magic

Well organised trip from beginning to end. Our guides were friendly and informative. Amazing experience with unforgettable views of the falls from both sides. The size and magnitude of the falls is not exaggerated- they are huge, noisy and fantastic. Argentinian side less congested but then so much bigger. A must do is the boat trip into the falls but don’t forget something to change into
