First of all, I don’t usually post reviews unless they are deserved and never because they ask me to. We want to thank our amazing team deeply during our recent trip to Cairo, Alexandria and El Fayum. From the beginning, the experience was wonderful, and this was largely due to the dedication and professionalism of the guides and driver who accompanied us. Mohamed The Italian was an exceptional guide. His attention to detail and dedication to making each of us feel valued did not go unnoticed. He was always willing to help, providing us with information and making sure we were comfortable and enjoying every experience. He even took care to help us and be with us after hours, adapting to all our preferences. He always tried to understand what we were asking. Sherif, guide who accompanied us on visits to the most historic places. His knowledge of Egyptian history and culture is impressive, both from Pharaohonic times and more modern times, and he was always very friendly and willing to answer all our questions. It made us feel comfortable and guided us with a passion that made every place we visited come alive. Apart from all this it was very efficient, being able to solve all the problems and unforeseen problems that arose. Abdul, the driver, was punctual, efficient and extremely professional. He was always there when we needed him, and his skill behind the wheel made us feel safe and relaxed throughout the trip. All this despite the horrible traffic from Cairo and Egypt in general. In short, we can only recommend this team with complete confidence. They were punctual, attentive and made sure our trip was unforgettable. We would certainly repeat the experience with them in the future. Thank you for making our trip such an enriching and special experience!

Great ... White and black desert .. oasis great !! Attention from mohamed top of the top !! Sleeping in the dessert a complete different experience for us (first time in our lives) ..the food prepared by the 4x4 driver great !! Sandboarding .. very exciting !! We saw fauna in the dessert

This tour company is excellent . Sun pyramids tour did exactly as they promised . Ahmed was our tour coordinator who took my bookings and kept tracking me till I finished my tour . Asked what I need on an everyday basis . Our super guide Mr. Medhat is a very nice and generous person who guided us even with some physical support and cool talks . He was ready to do anything to make us happy . Our driver Mr . Rage was so nice to talk to us and take us anywhere we wanted to go . The guide n driver combo is very happy go lucky and pleasing people who cares for the customers . Overall we recommend Sun pyramid tours and Great pyramids Inn hotel at a very great esteem . We enjoyed the pyramids most of all, it is a wonderful place! Dalia guide us with her smyle and experience. Omar Saaed is a special guide for us: we visited Cairo all day long with him, tasted local food and bought spices in Khan el Khalili. He is very kind, sweet and helpful for every needs...
