Unforgettable experience with Engjell. He was a true local from Tirana and he took us on the 2 day tour through Kosovo and North Macedonia. He was very personable and respectable and shared many insights and personal stories of the locations. His knowledge on the history and various cultures gave us a unique understanding and it truly felt like we were catching up with a long time friend who was showing us his home and everything that makes it truly Balkan (the good, the bad and the truly beautiful!) He was a safe and courteous driver who knew the roads and took us to our destinations in a timely and enjoyable manner. The banter and stories he shared in the car made the journey just as enjoyable as the locations themselves. What made it special was he really took time to understand what was important to us and then try and tailor our journey to highlight and showcase those moments to make it an unforgettable experience.
