Avi was a wonderful tour guide very knowledgeable and knew the people and the area so well. Golan Heights is a hidden gem tour ancient settlement and current olive production a unique view of Isreal. Orion was our Nazareth and Galilee tour guide he was wonderful we saw so many unique locations and he did a marvelous job explaining and making it a special trip. Nazareth was an eye opener, Capernaum so special and lunch at Kibbutz so enjoyable. Thanks for a perfect two days.
Wonderful to read you came away with a favorable and enjoyable tours experience. It sounds like you had an amazing time in the Golan Heights and Nazareth surrounding areas with Avi and Orion as your tour guides. Your sincere recommendation of our services is much appreciated by all at Bein Harim.
The trip was excellent. The places we visited were exciting. However, without much explanations from the guide, it is impossible to appreciate everything. Simon Robinson was a good and friendly guide. He seemed knowledgeable and ever willing to assist. His sense of humour lightened the Trip.
Thanks SO much for this complimentary review of the service you received. Simon is indeed a great guide! So happy you had a memorable tour experience. Best, Bein Harim team

Yesterday, was day 1 of 8, boy, they sure pack in a lot in this Nazareth , Galilee experience, but this was well with it. We are a15 member group , mostly from Texas, well yawl, get ready to walk! Our tour guide Itamar Buk made it a thoroughly enjoyable experience , I was quite impressed at his Biblical knowledge, both Jewish and Christian, which made crucial difference , to help us understand the Holy Land , from Abrahamic times to the present, thank you for being so patient with us, and entertaining too!
Thanks so much for this review of your satisfaction with the tour guided by Itamar. Yes there is considerable walking and visiting various locations on this itinerary, but such a special region in our country demands this! We are happy your enjoyed it so much. He sure is worthy of your compliments of his character and knowledge. Hope to see you travelling with us again soon.
This two-day tour is actually two one-day tours, so expect to be with different guides and people between the two days. The Golan Heights tour was good. We were interested in the region, but there weren't a lot of highlights. The guide was good and interacted with the group well. We took the Nazareth and the Sea of Galilee tour on the second day. The guide was about 40 minutes late picking us up. The guide on day one had warned us of this so, unfortunately, it may be common. The group was massive. Fortunately, the guide had assistance or else it would have been very difficult to keep track of everyone. We went through the sights incredibly quickly, so I would not recommend this if you want to tour at a more leisurely pace. There is a lot to see in this region. The only huge negative of our second day was the tourist restaurant where we were served lunch. I understand that it's easier to have the group eat in one place, but the food was really bad and the prices were outrageous. Everything was confusing from ordering to payment. There was no other choice but to eat there. Overall, we're glad that we took this tour because it covered the main sights. It would have been better with a smaller and more organized group on day two, but we did get to see a lot within two days.
Dear tenthlisten, This is an extremely busy season and we are making every effort to provide the best of service and be punctual. Tourist coaches seat 50 people but there were only 40 people on this tour. Due to high season the few restaurants available to eat at in this region are also busy. We understand they try to offer tasty and fresh food and the service that is prompt and suits all travelers’ budget. As for the pace of the tour - there is a lot to see and a lot to do. A leisurely pace can only suit a much smaller group and less places of interest. We are glad you are satisfied with the tour on the whole and regret it did not entirely meet you expectations. We hope to see you enjoying our hospitality again soon. All the best, Bein Harim Tourism Services team
This tour delivered on so many levels - where to begin! From the jaw-dropping views driving through the mountains and above the Sea of Galilee, to the delicious food sampled (the highlights for me were the Yemenite pita and breakfast at the kibbutz/Hotel Ortal); from the wonderful group of people I was so fortunate to travel with, to the unexpected warmth with which I was welcomed at the Kibbutz. Last, but by no means least, the extremely knowledgeable, attentive and entertaining tour guide, Avishay: a passionate guy who loves what he does. The tour might have been a totally different experience without him. I could say more, but I hate gushing! Thank you, Avishay and my fellow travellers, for an amazing two days!
Thanks for such kind and comlementary sentiments of your touring exprience.Indeed Avishai is a por! on ur team of guides. We are proud you sensed his passion and excellent guiding skills.
My wife and I booked 8 days of tours with Ben Harim, by far the stand out being, the tour of the Golan Heights. What made this more outstanding was our guide Ami. Ami was a retired Israeli Officer Commando and his knowledge was broad and engaging. He gave us an insight into both Israeli history and customs. He made it easy for us understand the psyche of the people of Israel. He took us to the Lebanese, Jordanian and Syrian borders. He talked to us about the conflicts, about the hopes and aspirations of the Israeli people and he made everything fit into place. He was interesting, knowledgeable and he put himself out and he made everyone part of the tour. Ami especially went out of his way to make sure an elderly gentleman, was included and got everything out of the tour. I cannot speak more highly of this guide. We stayed in a beautiful Kibbutz, where Ami again explained the way the Kibbutz works and those that live in them. We had the most amazing breakfast and lovely accomodation. The Golan Heights tour is a must for anyone wanting to see and live the recent and ancient history of Israel. To get Ami for a guide will just be a real bonus for you.
Great Tour! Eyal Shoval the guide was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He gave good information about the sights, people and cultures we visited during the tour. I definitely recommend this tour.

The tour was great in the sense that it covered a lot of Israel, and gave us a picture of the country. There was a good mix of history, scenic beauty, current life. The Sea of Galilea, the Talmudic village and Nazareth were great experiences. The guides were very well read, and articulate, though on the first day one was inclined to speak a little too much on Israel's war victories. Too much time was spent on picking up tourists from various places and changing buses. Despite the tour promise we were not picked up from our hotel.
