Maria arranged our trip. Anna was our guide in Krakow. She was very knowledgeable. Adam was our driver. He made our drive fun. He was full of information about Poland. He took good care of us.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear you had a great two-day tour to Auschwitz and Krakow. We're glad Maria helped arrange everything smoothly, and that Anna impressed you with her knowledge in Krakow. Special thanks for recognizing Adam—it's great to hear he made the journey enjoyable and informative. We hope to see you again soon!
I would absolutely recommend Auschwitz, but not through this tour company unless you're willing to keep 48 hours of your life completely open without any other portion scheduled on your trip. honestly. We were told our tour would begin at 4:45am for a 5:15am train ride. I requested to be upgraded but they said it wasn't possible - which isn't true. The train ride should only be 2:20 minute but the tour group selected the cheapest train ride and it felt it - and was 3 hours instead. We were told (in writing) that we would go directly to Auschwitz and we could keep our overnight bag in the tour van due to restrictions in Auschwitz. Well - when we arrived at the train station, we were very squished with other riders in a van with someone who spoke very limited English. Everyone was very confused on what was going on as the other portion of the group was just dropped off in Krakow and stated that they would be back at 1:00 to pick them up (It was 8:00am). ok - very confused, but he didn't speak English. then he dropped us off at our hotel (the other group did not select the sleepover package) and said he would also pick us up at 1:00. Why in the heck did we take a 5:15 train to go to a tour at 2:00? We couldn't even check into our hotel! It was 8:00 in the morning! After that fiasco and being incredibly exhausted physically and mentally - we went to Auschwitz and it was amazing. Just do on your own though. We decided since we already went through Krakow that day before 8:00 - 1:00, we didn't need to stay until 9:00pm the next day. I requested to change the train tickets and they wouldn't. So i bought my own to come home earlier, on a nicer train, in 1st class, and was back at a decent hour. This tour place doesn't care to communicate very well with you and doesn't stick to what they confirmed. Do on your own. All 10 in my group were very upset with the entire tour the entire day of how crappy it was planned. I ended up spending $350 of our own money to get another train ride earlier and a nicer one with shorter drive times as well as an uber back home. I told this to the group and apparently they didn't care as at midnight i received a call from the driver telling me he was trying to find us to take us home waking me up out of a dead sleep. Forego this excursion and do on your own.
Dear Jennifer, We're sorry to hear that the tour didn't fully meet your expectations, but we're glad you found some aspects of it enjoyable. Our 2-day tour from Warsaw to Auschwitz and Krakow is designed for those who wish to spend more time exploring the beautiful city of Krakow. For those looking for a shorter visit, we offer a 1-day tour option. The tour follows a precise schedule, and unfortunately, we generally cannot accommodate last-minute changes. We understand you were driven to your hotel as planned, where we assumed you could store your luggage, as most hotels offer this service. The early start from Warsaw is intended to maximize your time in Krakow, which many of our guests appreciate. We understand that preferences vary, and what works for most may not suit everyone. Regarding your request on the second day to change your train time after 4 p.m.—just three hours before your scheduled departure—unfortunately, it was beyond our operating hours, and such last-minute changes are difficult to manage. The train you chose on your own is a premium service, which is nearly three times more expensive than the standard fast trains we typically use. Opting for the premium train would significantly increase the cost of the tour. We truly regret that the tour did not live up to your expectations, as we strive to offer the best experience for our clients. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we continue to improve our services. Warm regards,
The entire experience was moving and poignantly memorable in a much needed way of learning the horrors of the past and to ensure history doesn't repeat itself.

We appreciate your feedback and are honored to have been part of this impactful journey. Safe travels, and thank you for choosing our tour.
Sobering by amazing experience. Communications were on point and perfect. Trains and transportation were also pretty good. Be prepared for large crowds though we visited in April and tourist season had not started. Would recommend.
