The tour was very complete, well organized , with a good guide who spoke Spanish, everything excellent with transports , the hotel of stay was’ of very good quality, the breakfast was very rich , they answer quickly any request or question ...
The tour guides were excellent. They were very knowledgeable about all of the history and were very helpful and friendly. Everything was easy, being picked up and flown in, and driven around.
Everything was smooth - from booking, communication and tour. The hotel arranged in Selcuk was superb!!! The guides were well trained and very attentive. Even they accomodate our request to be transferred to Antalya instead of going back to Istanbul! It was amazing experience- thank you so much for your service. Very impressive.

Had a great day with crowded house travel and exceptional service from the staff at travel store accommodating our request to change the itinerary including a limousine service to Antalya instead of the original return travel to Istanbul. It was my first trip abroad in quite some time with my senior parents and I wanted to see the sights efficiently despite the limited days, so I went on this two-day, one-night tour with tickets from Istanbul to Ephesus and Pamukkale. The result was a huge success. I thought I wanted a Spanish mixed tour, but I was arbitrarily given a mixed tour in English with only one other participant, but I enjoyed the tour very much, even though I didn't understand all the explanations. The pick-up at the airport, which I was worried about, was absolutely fine and the time was accurate. Other transfers were smooth. There are souvenir shop stops, but the time is acceptable because it is not very long. Lunch was delicious. The hotel was CElla Boputique hotel, a replica of Ephesus ruins, and although the tea bags and other items were not likely to be updated, it was generally clean and comfortable with a pool, although there was no spa yet. The staff were nice and friendly, with breakfast being served at 7:30 to coincide with the tour. But I thought it was a problem that the tour companies didn't know the breakfast time of the hotels. Ephesus is quite a sight to behold. Pamukkale was sorry that Cleopatra's pool was under construction and could not be seen, but the lime shelves were clean enough to enjoy, although I had heard that there was little water.

The tour is very well coordinated. All the logistics and guides are professional and you get exactly as advertised. However, taking this tour from Istanbul is not worthwhile in my opinion. From the moment you are picked up in Istanbul until you are dropped off is about 44 hours. And fromthis time, you only get about 6 hours at the main attractions. The rest of the time is consumed in traveling. Between airports, planes, buses and wait time, you invest too much time, about 18 hours.
We understand your concerns about the long travel times involved in tours from Istanbul, especially when much of the trip is spent on transportation (flights, buses, and waiting) rather than exploring the main attractions. Time efficiency is crucial for a fulfilling travel experience, and we regret that this tour didn’t meet your expectations in that regard. For travelers who prefer more time at key sites and less transit, we recommend: ✔ Private or shorter regional tours focusing on Istanbul’s highlights (Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern). ✔ Direct flights + optimized itineraries for distant destinations to minimize wasted time. ✔ Customizable options where you can adjust pacing to prioritize sightseeing. This tour was very well planed, good guides and you do everything as described. But is this not time worthwhile. From Istanbul the pick you up at 4am on day #1. And you are returned on day #2 at midnight. So you are with them for almost 44 hours. And from this time, you only spend about 6 hours at the main attractions/destinations and about 13 hours at the hotel they get for you. (The hotel is very good by the way) And the rest is travel time... about 26 hours between airports, actual flights, buses and wait time. So, my recommendation is that those particular destinations. House of the Virgin Mary is not worth it unless you are a religious perolson and care about that stuff. Ephesos ruins are a very good site to visit. But the history of thenplave is a lot better than the actual ruins you will see today. The Pomakkle pools... the actual visit will never compare to what you see in ticktock or Instagram... it is super crowded and at most 2 feet deep. So you will not be able to swim. That said, is a beautiful and unique place. Worth the visit, but it is very slippery and if you are not careful can get a serious injury.

It has been an unforgettable experience. The views were wonderful. The really impressive archaeological remains. Our guide was very friendly and helpful, his knowledge of the historical sites was deep and he spoke perfect Spanish and the explanations he gave us were very clear and precise, He is absolutely recommended for those who want to visit Hierapolis, the house of the Virgin Mary or Ephesus and speak Spanish. Perhaps it would be advisable to have a catalog of views of how the most important buildings of the archaeological ruins were to compare them with what one sees and thus be able to have a better idea of how they really went in their glory. I really plan to repeat the experience but with more time, because really time is short to see all the details of such impressive historical sites. I've taken hundreds of pictures, but it seems very little to me for everything I saw. I congratulate our travel agency because they really do an excellent job.

I had an amazing experience!! I decided to take a last minute trip to Turkey with my dad, who is mostly Spanish-speaking. By last minute, I mean I bought the plane tickets a week before traveling and started looking for tours after. Thankfully I found Travel Store Turkey. Five days before my trip I contacted them, and they planned everything for me, including hotels, transportation, and Spanish-language tours. We had an absolute blast!! We went to Troy for a private tour of the ruins. A HUGE thanks to our guide Cagri, and our translator Gizem, who made this a really special experience! Later we went to Pamukkale and Ephesus, and again it was amazing! My dad loved the trip, he talks about it all the time. I’m so happy we got to share this experience. I highly recommend this Travel agency!
