We had a lot of assistance from David in building and changing our travel plans for a tour of Vietnam with multiple destinations. David was so easy to communicate with. We are from Australia and he understood our family's needs. He went out of his way to ensure our family was safe and comfortable in all our travels. The drivers and tour guides he booked for us were excellent and we did not need to think of anything. We couldn't have asked for a better travel manager and look forward to working with him again.
We checked out a few tour companies and options and finally chose Vietnam Asia Travel with Jenny Nguyen who helped us with organising and personalising our tour in Vietnam. It was our first time to an Southeast Asia country and her assistance was invaluable in pre-tour Our 15-day journey through Vietnam was absolutely unforgettable. The itinerary was perfectly designed, allowing us to experience the country’s incredible diversity, from the bustling streets of Hanoi to the peaceful waters of Ha Long Bay and the vibrant energy of Ho Chi Minh City. Every transfer was smooth, the hotels were comfortable, and the tour guides were knowledgeable and attentive. I especially loved Hoi An, with its beautiful lantern-lit streets and relaxed atmosphere. The food experiences were another highlight, giving us the chance to try authentic Vietnamese dishes in each region. What impressed me most was how well-balanced the schedule was – busy enough to see all the important attractions, but with enough free time to explore on our own. This tour is perfect for anyone wanting a complete introduction to Vietnam. I would highly recommend Vietnam Asia Travel DMC to first-time visitors.
