I (woman 64) drove with driver alone 8 days through Rajasthan. After pick-up from Delhi airport, we went after a short stop In the travel agency from Amit Kalia to Agra. The next morning visit to the - although seen 1000 times in photos - Taj Mahal, which was impressive. Continue through villages, towns and various landscapes to Jaipur(2 nights) - enchanting and remarkable with Fort Amber. Afterwards 1 night Pushkar, fascinatingly located on the Brahmalake with lots of spirituality and old hippi magic. Camel trip to the relatively green desert. Music and fireworks over the lake at night. Jodhpur with Fort Meranghem and the vibrant market. I continued on my own initiative to take a cooking class with an Indian woman at home. In the end Udaipur with a grand palace, rooftop restaurants on the lake, and a wonderfully quiet hotel (parc exotic resort). Particularly worth mentioning is my driver Pappu, who took such lovely care of me with water, charging cable and wifi in the car. His safe and thoughtful driving has taken me wonderfully through India's somewhat chaotic traffic!
