Tour delle bevande pre-ispaniche a Città del Messico
Descrizione
In questo tour attraverso il quartiere di Roma scoprirete i sapori, i rituali e i segreti delle bevande preispaniche del Messico. Inizieremo in una pulquería tradizionale, dove imparerete a conoscere il pulque, "la bevanda degli dei", una bevanda con una profonda identità culturale e ancestrale. Qui potrete anche imparare qualche passo di danza... o esercitarvi se sapete già come muovervi. In seguito, passeggeremo per le affascinanti strade di Roma. Lungo la strada, ci fermeremo per uno spuntino a base di mais, un ingrediente sacro nella cosmovisione mesoamericana. La nostra passeggiata prosegue verso un luogo molto speciale, dove assaggerete una bevanda ispirata ai colori della bandiera messicana. Condivideremo giochi, leggende e piccole dinamiche che vi metteranno in contatto con l'antico Messico. Per chi vuole continuare l'avventura, offriamo una sosta finale facoltativa in un bar nascosto, dove scoprirete che anche il peperoncino ha il suo posto nei cocktail messicani.

Ci incontreremo in questo piccolo parco di fronte alla statua di Alexander Pushkin.
In questo luogo visiteremo una pulqueria molto particolare dove, se vorrete, potrete fare i vostri migliori passi di danza in compagnia della band dal vivo; anche se la vostra passione non è il ballo, potrete ascoltare la band e vedere tutti i ballerini che scendono in pista, vi assicuro che vi verrà voglia di imparare!
Passeggeremo per le strade di Colonia Roma Norte dove avremo l'opportunità di fermarci a provare i famosi esquites, uno spuntino imperdibile se vi trovate in Messico e anche delizioso.
Ci sposteremo poi in un'altra pulqueria, ma questa volta ci concentreremo su un'altra bevanda, il mezcal.
Infine, vi mostreremo una mezcaleria che vi riporterà al Messico pre-ispanico, e qui si concluderà il nostro tour.

The tour was an unexpected mix of stories and flavors that surprised me. It’s not the typical tourist experience: you should be open to trying new things and doing different things. And I definitely recommend it for when you are in Mexico City!

I had a great experience with this tour. The places we were taken took had a great vibe, the drinks were very nice and I did feel it as a mexican essence experience. The guide is really wanting to show her country.

I had such a great time on this tour! It was a unique and fun way to explore the city — we visited hidden spots I wouldn’t have found on my own and got to taste some amazing local food and drinks. The guide was super knowledgeable and friendly, sharing cool facts and stories about the neighborhoods we walked through. The atmosphere felt very local and relaxed. Totally recommend this tour if you want to see a different and authentic side of Mexico City.

I've lived in Mexico City on and off the last 13 years and Leti took me to unique places I've never been before that are literally right in my neighborhood. The pulque place was a super locals only place with live salsa music, dancing, and a punk rock vibe. We played a great card game at the tequila stop and the mezcal place at the end was absolutely divine.

I really enjoyed the tour! It was a very complete experience; I had the opportunity to try pulque, mezcal and tequila. I also tried skis and chapulines 🦗. The atmosphere was very authentic, especially with the live band playing and people dancing. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a memorable experience!
