So knowledgeable and friendly! Perkins pointed out all there was to see, and gave pointers in Paris in general too. Our tour was so fun and exciting. Recommend 100%!

The guide was friendly, clear and on time. Enough drinking is necessary with the temperatures in August.
Great guide , very knowledgeable . Climbed to level 2 but the elevator was out of commission. That was disappointing

This was the most negative experience I’ve had with both this company and Viator. I became ill and had to cancel overnight, which I believe was the responsible thing to do. I contacted Viator’s 24/7 support, and they told me they had notified the tour operator. I also attempted to contact the tour operator directly but initially received no response. When I was finally able to reach the tour operator, I was told that Viator controlled refund decisions. I then contacted Viator again and was told that the decision was up to the tour operator. I submitted a formal refund request but was denied despite having a legitimate reason for a last-minute cancellation. As a result, I lost $100. Meanwhile, approximately one-quarter of my booked activities booked through Viator have been canceled at the last minute for various reasons, which apparently is considered acceptable. Be careful when booking and make sure you are absolutely certain you can attend your activity. Based on my experience, do not expect a refund, even for a legitimate unforeseen issue.

Horrible on June 23, 2026. Our first day! We arrived 30 minutes early, at 11:30 AM, because it was requested to arrive 20 minutes before at the address given on the map provided by Viator, and no one was there. We waited, and at 12:00 PM, which was the time of our tour, we went to the entrance of the tower to see if I could spot the group. I tried several times to contact them with the number that Viator had provided, but there was no response. We paid $429.73 for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We didn't want to disappoint the children, so I wanted to go buy tickets to enter anyway, but then the agents told us that the Eiffel Tower is closed due to extreme heat for the next 3 days. So I contacted Viator for a refund, and they refused to refund the amount! That we never received! I will never do business with them again; it's a lot of money for us that we saved for a long time for this trip, and starting a trip with frustration is not fun! So I hope you will think twice before using this dishonest company. Viator.
