However, we understand that a significantly later return can affect evening plans, and your feedback regarding how we communicate estimated return times is something we take seriously. We’re also disappointed to hear that you felt the commentary, sightseeing opportunities, and lunch did not provide the experience you expected. Our goal is for the journey itself—not only Waiʻānapanapa and Black Sand Beach—to be a meaningful part of the tour.
