Tour della città imperiale in Marocco

Good Guide, picked us up at the airport, took us to visit Marrakech (Medina and Souk), the Palmeral with the quad bikes, and other places. We'll go again that we're missing some parts. He was very attentive to us, and for those of us who do not speak Spanish. Recommended 100%.

I had very mixed experiences on 3 separate tours (2022, 2023 an 2024) because of the manager's unreliability and inconsistency. While some of the hotels and the sight seeing were exactly as described int our schedule, some other hotels agreed upon and paid for on our tour were switched at the last minute to hotels of lesser quality leaving us no choice but to stay in those hotels. On one to the tours we wasted over an our waiting for a scheduled guide who never showed up. We ended up hiring and paying for another guide instead. On a another tour the driver who had been very nice and helpful throughout 12 days didn't show up on the last day to take us back from Rabat to Casablanca airport. We could have easily missed our early morning flights back home if we hadn't had help from the hotel staff where we spent our last night. In addition we were never reimbursed for the taxi fare. I strongly advise against booking any tour with this company after my 3 very disappointing experiences with owner/manager.

Morocco is a fabulous country for its friendliness, scenery, food, architecture and culture. Traveling with Idris and this tour company was incredibly easy, flexible, and they could not have been more accommodating for any of our wishes. We saw things that were incredible and every experience was well organized and efficient. Idris is the ultimate tour guide. He is knowledgeable, friendly and resourceful for any requests. We have done much traveling in our lives and this was one of the best experiences ever.
