We took a private tour in Spanish due to my husband's health reasons, and it was a very good option because we visited the most emblematic places at our own pace, with a very clear explanation from our guide, Elkin David Castillo, who was very empathetic and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He showed us the most touristy places, but most importantly, those of greatest interest to us. I highly recommend it.
Our tour in Prague was absolutely amazing. Lenka knows everything, she's the best guide you can ever imagine, she'd showed us the most secret and awesome places in the city. I would highly recommend her.
Lenkita was an amazing guide. She not only knows the city and the sites, she goes the extra mile by stocking her car with treats and water, and made sure we were comfortable and cared for at every point along the way. A case in point: When she learned that my 62 year old wife and I were going to take the train to Baden Baden (an 11 hour journey!), she not only insisted she drop us off but she also called for an assist from her husband to help us with the luggage! We didn't think we'd need the help, but were so grateful, especially when my dear wife was accidentally pushed down the stairs and fell from the train to the platform! The care and concern she and Juan Carlos showed us went WELL BEYOND the call of duty. We highly recommend her and her expertise, and look forward to hiring her MANY times in the near future.
