Macorix House of Rum è un museo storico della famiglia Ron Macorix è nato nel 1899 dalla famiglia Carrión dalla città di San Pedro de Macorís, un luogo considerato da molti la terra dei poeti, degli artisti e della canna da zucchero. 110 anni dopo, Ron Macorix entrò a far parte della famiglia Vinícola del Norte della città portuale di Puerto Plata, unendo due emblematiche città produttrici di rum nella Repubblica Dominicana.
Essendo una delle attrazioni visive più belle della città, molti turisti vanno giorno dopo giorno, per godersi questi posti meravigliosi e scattare le foto più belle.
La Cattedrale di Puerto Plata o San Felipe Apóstol è uno dei luoghi più iconici e belli con molta storia per coloro che visitano ed esplorano la città di Puerto Plata, questo edificio monumentale si trova accanto al Central Park e dona alla zona uno splendore e incomparabile bellezza. La Cattedrale di San Felipe Apostol o semplicemente tCattedrale di Puerto Plata è un tempio della Chiesa cattolica che si trova in Calle José del Carmen Ariza 36 nella città di Puerto Plata, parte dell'omonima provincia a nord dell'isola La Spagna e il paese caraibico della Repubblica Dominicana.
La passeggiata turistica di Doña Blanca è un piccolo vicolo nel centro di Puerto Plata dipinto interamente di rosa, in omaggio al fondatore del primo hotel della città, l'hotel Europa.
Questa è una bellissima visita nella parte alta della città, dove puoi avere una bellissima vista che ti assicuro ti piacerà.
La fabbrica di sigari più imponente della città, dove ti danno l'opportunità di vedere come viene prodotto il sigaro e te ne danno anche un po' da fumare. Mentre la gioielleria è un posto bellissimo, ben condizionato, entrambi con personale molto professionale.
La fabbrica di cioccolato Del Oro, nella Repubblica Dominicana, è ben nota per la produzione di cioccolato, quindi ovviamente ho dovuto fare un tour della fabbrica di cioccolato Del Oro. La coltivazione, la lavorazione e l'esportazione del cacao grezzo e di altri prodotti a base di cacao è una parte importante della loro economia e lo fanno bene! Gran parte del loro cioccolato arriva negli Stati Uniti e in Europa.
In questa sosta visiteremo la zona della Fortezza di San Felipe dall'esterno, l'Anfiteatro Puerto Plata e vedremo la vista più bella dell'oceano.

We had a wonderful experience on this half-day city tour. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire trip enjoyable from start to finish. We felt safe and comfortable throughout the tour, and transportation was well organized. The guide Hiyo shared interesting information about the history, culture, and local life, and gave us plenty of opportunities to take photos and ask questions. We visited beautiful sites and got a great introduction to the area in just a few hours. This tour was a perfect way to explore the city, especially for first-time visitors. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, enjoyable, and informative experience in the Dominican Republic!

Jerry was an awesome tour guide. This was the perfect way to see the city and learn about the culture. Definitely recommend! We even had time to eat lunch at a local spot. The lunch was not on the itinerary but Jerry made it happen.

I was just flabbergasted by the experience. Yeury was awesome and genuine. A bottle of water was provided. We went through all the stops. The run factory was closed so 10% refund was provided to us. If I’d be honest, I would have given the 10% as a tip. This guys are hard-working, professional, and have a very good work ethic, I strongly recommend them, if you were seeing this review sitting on the fence, I would just tell you to book this you would not regret

We had a wonderful experience with Renny, our tour guide. He was very polite and courteous. He tried his best to explain the important landmarks around the city and was quite knowledgeable as far as the history of the place was concerned. It was fun to converse with him. He took us to several places like for example the rum factory, the pink street, downtown etc. and these places were very pleasant to see and experience. You get the vibe of the locals and how relaxed, welcoming and fun loving they are actually. Overall a nice experience.
