Iniziamo l'avventura presso le imponenti rovine di San Francisco, un sito intriso di storia che vi trasporterà nell'antica città di Mendoza. Visiteremo la famosa Plaza Independencia, inaugurata nel 1863, dove potrete ammirare le sue affascinanti piazze satellite: San Martín, España, Italia e Chile, insieme al Centro Civico, che ospita l'emblematica Bandiera dell'Esercito delle Ande. Poi, lasciatevi incantare dal Parco General San Martín, il più grande spazio verde della provincia, che ospita il meraviglioso Roseto e il tranquillo Lago General Espejo. Il tour culminerà al Cerro de la Gloria, con il suo imponente monumento all'Esercito di Liberazione, simbolo chiave della storia di Mendoza.

Sono le uniche vestigia della città coloniale di Mendoza sopravvissute al terremoto del 1861 e corrispondono ai resti di un tempio che inizialmente apparteneva ai gesuiti, che lo costruirono nel XVIII secolo.

Situato nel Centro Civico della Provincia, il Memoriale della Bandiera dell'Esercito delle Ande è composto da tre stanze. Nella prima è raffigurata la Bandiera dell'Esercito delle Ande, simbolo per eccellenza dell'Opera Liberatrice e prima bandiera indipendente del Sud America.
Il più grande polmone verde della nostra provincia, che ospita la Fontana dei Continenti, il bellissimo Roseto e il tranquillo Lago General Espejo.
Il tour culminerà al Cerro de la Gloria, con il suo imponente monumento all'Esercito di Liberazione, simbolo chiave della storia di Mendoza.

Good tour. Our guide, Ana was very good and so was the driver, Matias. Good pacing. I didn’t rated as a 5-star because in our bus there were a couple of locals who they believed they were the tour guide

Carito, our guide, excellent. He informed us extensively about the creation and development of the city. She's very friendly and polite. Very patiently. The ending, at the monument of the hill of Glory, with a historical explanation about the general San Martín and its epic, was very exciting and unforgettable. Thank you, Carito. This a bus tour, with a few spots to walk, take pictures and stretch your legs. Educational but not overwhelming. Easy walking.

Great tour of the city showing us the history and the wonderful squares and fantastic St Martin Park, a true green oasis within the city. Caro our guide spoke wonderful English which we appreciated as we were the only non Spanish speakers in the group and she took the time to explain everything to us. Great morning sightseeing.
