Verremo a prendervi dal vostro hotel per dirigerci al centro storico, dove inizieremo la nostra passeggiata e la prima tappa sarà il Mercato Centrale dove stiamo imparando la cultura locale della nostra gente. Dopo il mercato ci dirigiamo verso la chiesa più grande di Lima, San Francesco d’Assisi dove esploreremo le spaventose Catacombe. Dopo di che, abbiamo iniziato a camminare attraverso molte strade popolari dove possiamo vedere il contrasto tra chiese coloniali, palazzi, balconi e negozi moderni fino ad arrivare alla piazza principale di Lima. Termina il tour a San Martín Plaza, dove commemoriamo l'indipendenza del Perú nel 1821.

Wonderful tour of the main sights in Lima’s historic center. Klaudia the guide was particularly knowledgeable and made the experience memorable.

This was a bilingual tour. The guide Klaudia spoke good English and provided good information. We went to the Mercado and it was interesting to see local fruits and vegetables. She introduced us to the chirimoya fruit which we got to taste. The visit to the catacombs was a little morbid, but interesting. Centre of Lima has several beautiful buildings and churches. All in all was a good tour, giving a quick overview of Lima.
It was a small group so it felt like a private tour. Claudia was knowledgeable and shared lots of good and helpful information to us.
Fantastic tour of Lima if you have a couple of hours to spare. We were really immersed into the history of the historic quarter of Lima. Our guide Klaudia absolutely made it, she was fantastic. Her knowledge of everything from Peru’s history and population, to the weather, the catholic church and even Pisco sours was impressive.
The guide is excellent, has extensive knowledge of the history, and the tour is very enjoyable.
