Amazing tour one of the best I’ve ever been to! Highly recommended! Our driver and guide Mohammad Owais was very knowledgeable and told us lots of interesting things about uae. He was well informed and gave us some really good background history on everything. It was a really good experience, highly recommend.

This tour was one of the best one we went to. It gave us the opportunity to get to know Dubai and learn about their culture. The Burj Khalifa was our favorite stop. The host was amazing and very respectful. Would recommend 100%

The tour to Burj Khalifa was wonderful & the full day Dubai city tour was amazing! Consequently, we did not receive admission to the Underwater Zoo although the tour was supposed to include tickets. Only got to see it from the mall view.

This was the most expensive tour of Dubai and included tickets to Burj Kalifa and Aquarium, but was very poorly organized; I had contacted the guide earlier about an evening tour that we would like to be back at the hotel by 2 to have some rest and change and he said that for the early tour, we would be back by 2pm.. But when he picked us up, he said that our Burj ticket was for 3:30. We booked early enough that it should have been done early, but don't know if that was on our driver or the company. This is the only tour that didn't have a driver and a guide and it didn't work so well. We had to park and spend time walking to and from the car alot. During other tours, the driver was called to pick us up when done where we were and we saved a lot of time. The guide/driver counted on me to call him when we were done seeing something and he would meet us. But my phone did not work well in Dubai and at one point we had to wait over an hour for him to meet us. The driver was kind enough, but I would not recommend taking a tour without a driver and a guide.
We are sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy the trip but walking in the mall is long that we cannot skip and we paid specially for prime time tickets that were more costly than paid price. Burj khalifa tickets are always on time slot the ticket we get we provided if you have any special requirements or timings to change should inform before. And you should also inform us before the tour starts or at least 24 hours before the taking rest of the tour is not possible as we have to complete the tour with in 8 hours of a time period.
Highly recommended. Everything is perfectly organized, our pick up was on time, and Zi is the best guide we've ever had! We had not only a perfect trip around Dubai's best places but also heard a good story about this city.

The tour was Perfect! We had one of the best guide and the points of interests visited very well selected. The entire day was very organized and spare us of 3-4 days of covering by myself.
