Tour della città di Abu Dhabi con i biglietti d'ingresso al mondo della Ferrari

In the morning, the driver/tourist guide arrived late for pick up and even texted me at agreed pick up time to clarify my hotel location. The concierge of my hotel has already called the company the day before to confirm our, a group of two, attendance. After pick up, the driver then wore a mic to introduce the city when driving. First stop was made at Ferrari world where he said 30 mins time allowed for photo shooting. Then I showed him the tickets we purchased are mosque visit with Ferrari world entrance tickets. He first denied and then confirmed we were the only two who joined a different tour from remaining 10 in the group. Then he immediately offered us to stay there and wait for the tickets delivery before spending the day there. I didn’t agree this arrangement while mosque was one out of two highlighted spots in my joined tour. Then he asked us to go to the mosque with the remaining group before driving us back to Ferrari world for drop off. After mosque visit, he whatsapped the Ferrari world tickets to me around 2pm. Then he immediately drove to city for one photo shooting spots without mentioning driving us back to Ferrari World. I then questioned him again at the photo shooting spot where he said he would only drop us back to Ferrari world after remaining group finished their purchased city tour. He said he’d arrange other company driver to pick us up sometime later (without giving a concrete time or driver details). I didn’t agree this arrangement with saying that why we had to suffer the wait to get what we paid for. Then he called his company and offered us to pay us back the taxi fare from one city Centre mall to Ferrari world. He would also pick us up after finishing the city tour with the remaining group. I had no other options but accepting this ridiculous arrangement. We arrived Ferrari world around 3pm upon a taxi ride of 30 mins at a cost of 75.5 AED. The driver finally picked us up at 6pm. This tour experience is discouraging which makes me have no faith on viator which is neither accountable nor responsible for the customers. To me, viator is only a third party/robot which makes money from customers without any interest in being a professional travel agency.

Picked up on time and driven to Abu Dhabi. Firstly to the grand mosque which was an amazing site (we spent about an hour here) a trip around the corniche, the heritage village and finally a visit to Ferrari world (via a stop for lunch) Abdul our driver was very good giving us a knowledgeable trip around the area explaining all the buildings and who lives there. The only negative was the trip to the shop after the heritage village, dont think it was needed but it didnt spoil yhe the day. (I would ask to skip this part tbh) Overall it was an excellent day and would recommend it highly. Thank you Abdul and team.

overall tour was enjoyable ... except Ferrari world only 20mins stop which I find too short .. maybe it will be good to book Ferrari amusement alone in order to take the ride in there ! the guide was good too

This trip to Abu Dhabi was a great opportunity to see to big attractions in one day. Our guide was on time and got us to the mosque quickly. We did a quick driving tour of Abu Dhabi and stopped for lunch. After that we went to Ferrari world. I had some issues because I was never sent my entrance passes. The manager at ferrari world was working with me to get it resolved as did our driver. Our guide never left us until it got resolved. We ended up with a 30 minute delay but our driver just extended our visit. We went on a Tuesday and the park was EMPTY. What a great day to go and a fun trip. My son loved all the rides. I rode the formula rossa and realized why I had note rode a roller coaster in 20 years.... great park though! Good food and espresso.
