I spent the whole day with the amazing Anh Mui touring around Dalat's beautiful countryside, sharing wisdom and stories. If you are travelling solo, the guide will take you through the rural areas with his motorbike, which makes the experience even better in my opinion. Prepare some money for lunch and a coffee break (around 300k VND, the lunch is not expensive but a cup of coffee at the weasel coffee farm is 180k (worth it though)), sunscreen and a smile, no need for water however as the guide will provide you with well enough water for the trip. If you want to try something not included in the itinerary, do not hesitate to ask if it is possible, like stopping for some good Dalat strawberry at a local farm! Thanks again for Mr Mui for this incredible experience that I will for sure remember for a long, long time!
Thank you very much for enjoy the trip with us in Dalat. We wish all the best to you & have a great trip in Vietnam
Me and my girlfriend had an amazing trip with a driver (Long) and english-speaking guide (Tom). We booked this half-day experience with 6 stops around Dalat on the same day. Our guide, Tom, was very kind and information and even helped with further transportation to our next destination. The trip was a bit expensive compared to other experiences we did in Vietnam, but we didn’t regret it at all. Can definitely recommend!
Mui our tour guide was very friendly. He took us to 3 big waterfalls, plus the lady Buddha, coffee farm and silk worm farm. He took us to a local shop for pho which was delicious. We managed all that in just a few hours which meant we could head back to nha trang earlier than expected
We had a fantastic day with our guide Tom, who is a local from Dalat and told us many interesting things during the tour. We learned a lot and saw amazing scenery, especially the Pongour waterfall felt like being in a movie, it was so beautiful. The silk factory was impressive and we learned a lot about the process. The driver Jerry was very calm and drove very safely, which we appreciated very much , because this is not always the case in Vietnam. We enjoyed a wonderful day.
Everything about the day was first class. Our guide Si/ Tom was outstanding in his knowledge of all the sights and the care he took of us. Our driver was excellent too. Comfortable safe driving. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
Good and fun tour. For 180 dollars we got a driver and a tour guide who were both there for us the entire dating, making this a very fair offer. Especially the first two waterfalls are great. Also the massive pagodo. I also found the silk and coffee farm very interesting. I think I am quite educated but really had no idea about how these two things are crafted/grown . Thanks!
We had a wonderful day with Tom and Jerry today. We not only visited the waterfalls, but also saw a lot of the country and its people. Tom was a very excellent guide. We learned a lot and had a lot of fun. Highly Recommended.
An amazing tour that I can whole heartedly recommend - they took us to the three waterfalls- Datanla, Pongour and the Elephant falls - and also to see the silkworms, try civet coffee and vietnamese rice wine, and visit the Lady Buddha, the big happy buddha and the lake. We also pulled over a few times to look at different interesting things like coffee, curry and pepper plants. The tour was very flexible as our original pick up was to be in Da Lat, but after our flight was moved twice they agreed to pick us up from the airport. Mui our guide and Tien our driver were amazing! Full of little titbits about the meaning of words and the best places to go. Would highly recommend.
Rene Duong +84 907836299 is an experienced francophone guide who allowed us to do a Dalat-Buong Ma Thuot-Na Trang loop by van. Former Vietnamese army captain René has a knowledge of his country, its flora and its uses that have allowed us to understand many things. I highly recommend it.
Walk down to bottom to view spectacular Pongour Falls and then looking back/ up to the gushing water tumbling down. Despite the hard climb back up, it is certainly worth it. Datania Falls, although not has big as Pongour, are in great forested surroundings ….. recommend walk down and catch roller coaster back to the top.
