Tour dell'Erzegovina da Sarajevo - Day Tour

Durante questo tour visiterai alcune delle città più belle dell'Erzegovina, come le cascate di Jablanica, Mostar, Blagaj, Počitelj e Kravice. L'ingresso è gratuito per tutte le attrazioni turistiche, ad eccezione dell'ingresso alle cascate di Kravice, che costa 10 EUR a persona durante la stagione. Per prima cosa andremo a Jablanica, una città situata nel cantone dell'Erzegovina-Neretva. Successivamente visiteremo Mostar, nota per il suo iconico Ponte Vecchio, un ponte ad arco medievale ricostruito sul fiume Neretva. Successivamente, ci dirigeremo a Blagaj, dove si consiglia di fare una pausa pranzo in un ristorante, vicino alla sorgente del fiume Buna. Inoltre, andremo a Počitelj, una storica città medievale, risalente al XIV secolo. La storica città di Mostar, che attraversa una profonda valle del fiume Neretva, si sviluppò nei secoli XV e XVI come città di frontiera ottomana e durante il periodo austro-ungarico nel XIX e nel XX secolo. Mostar è nota da tempo per le sue vecchie case turche e il Ponte Vecchio, Stari Most, da cui prende il nome. Nel conflitto degli anni '90, tuttavia, la maggior parte della città storica e il Ponte Vecchio, progettato dal famoso architetto Sinan, furono distrutti. Il Ponte Vecchio è stato recentemente ricostruito e molti degli edifici del centro storico sono stati restaurati o ricostruiti con il contributo di un comitato scientifico internazionale istituito dall'UNESCO.

Blagaj Tekija è un monastero dei Dervisci al di fuori di Mostar, in Bosnia, che ha quasi 600 anni. Situato alla base di una scogliera, vicino alla sorgente del fiume Buna, è una serie unica e pittoresca di edifici che sembra ancora meglio di persona che in foto.
Si ritiene che la città fortificata insieme ai suoi insediamenti furono costruiti dal re bosniaco Stjepan Tvrtko I nel 1383. La città murata di Počitelj si è evoluta nel periodo tra il XVI e il XVIII secolo. Architettonicamente, le parti in pietra della città sono un complesso fortificato, in cui sono evidenti due fasi di evoluzione: medievale e ottomana.
Le cascate di Kravice, originariamente conosciute come cascate di Kravica, sono uno dei siti naturali più belli della regione dell'Erzegovina, in Bosnia ed Erzegovina. Situato sul fiume Trebižat, precipita a cascata su un deposito di calcare tufaceo particolarmente grande e sul lago sottostante. L'intera area è protetta dal governo dello stato, ma è aperta al pubblico locale e ai turisti per le visite e anche il nuoto.

My husband and I absolutely loved the day trip to Herzogovina. We visited some really stunning places and learned a lot about the history from our knowledgeable guide Mido. I would certainly recommend this tour.

We really enjoyed the trip from Sarajevo to Herzegovina. We went in mid of December where temperature in Sarajevo was -1 and we could see the temperature going up as we approached Herzegovina. Our guide was Vekas. We, including kids, liked him a lot. Vekas is very friendly, quietly spoken, and a very gentle person. He was more of a friend with us than a guide. We went to Jablanica, Kravic, Pocitelj, Mostar, and Blagaj. We had a wonderful lunch in Blagaj. It is shame that night falls fast in December, otherwise we could have seen more of the beautiful Herzegovina.

Amazing tour! Our guide Vekas was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and full of recommendations. He picked us up at our apartment, drove us out to the beautiful countryside, and stopped at five beautiful locations. We never would’ve seen as much for so little money without this tour. We even stopped at an amazing restaurant for lunch. This tour showed us so much of the country- there’s so much more to see than just Sarajevo. I highly recommend this tour. Don’t miss it.

We took a tour with Vekas from Torus Tours, stopping at Jablanica, Kravice, Blagaj and Mostar. Communication was great and Vekas text me the day before to confirm details of pickup, also letting us choose the music in the car! He was very friendly, chatty and informative, telling us the history of each place, and also gave us some time to explore on our own.
