Transportation, boots and necessary clothes included. While we were halfway back from sleigh ride clouds cleared out and even though there was a full moon, we cought a glimpse of northern lights - green - color visible only on picture , not with a naked eye 😉 When we got back it was cozy by the fire with cot drink and snacks. Dress warm even though extra layers are provided! Guide was really nice - we had a tour on January 14th - thanks!
We had a really great experience. Although there can be no guarantee that you would see the lights we did catch a glimpse of them which was lovely to experience. The guides were really professional and attentive and even made sure that there were options for our dietary requirements. We got a brief overview of how the lights are formed and even got a Christmas song serenade in Finnish. It does get super cold during the sleigh ride so I would recommend you have extra layers!
