We did not like the restaurant she took us, food was not good and expensive for that kind of food we got ( overpriced). She took it personal we we told her. I definitely not recommending her company.

This is just wonderful. Andrea was totally awesome and took us to wineries she knew we would love. She gave us all the tea on other local places. I highly recommend it!
Outstanding tour and communication regarding winery options. Worked with us to find smaller, excellent wineries, rather than going with the bigger names. Can’t recommend them enough. Our driver, Nicholas, was engaged and personable. Quite a good day. Looking forward to the next time!

We had a blast with Andrea! We wanted to tequila taste and wine taste and she selected 2 outstanding places to visit. She has a wealth of knowledge about the Valle de Guadalupe wine region as well as the city of Ensenada. We plan to bring friends and hire Andrea as our tour guide. She was outstanding. She also is very well respected in the area and it shows as we were treated like VIP guest.
My husband and I were on a cruise and one of our port stop was Ensenada. I booked the couples wine tour with Andrea. She was great and very knowledgeable about the Valle. She was very flexible and communicated often answering any questions I had. In addition Andrea made reservations to the wineries which was very helpful and made our tour more enjoyable. Her knowledge of El Valle was great. She shared interesting facts about the wineries. In the future if we visit El Valle de Guadalupe, I will definitely book the tour again with Andrea. Fantastic tour with Andria, a highly qualified wine tour guide. We loved her and the wineries we visited. She has great knowledge and passion for wine. We visited three small boutique wineries each making very good wine. A great day!
Having been to El Valle de Guadalupe we thought we’d seen it all but Andrea took us to some amazing wineries! She also happily gave us so much info on the wineries themselves and on the region as a whole. She made this our best experience ever and we will definitely be back with her as our tour guide.
We had a very unusual and uncomfortable experience during our recent tour with this service. From the start, the driver, Diego, exhibited odd behavior. He drove extremely slowly, going around 10 mph, even when there were no traffic conditions to justify it. At times, he would tail other cars unnecessarily, making the ride feel prolonged and tedious. It seemed as though he intentionally took detours, and it became apparent that he might have been trying to extend the time we spent in the car. Upon dropping us off at various locations, he would hover nearby and repeatedly remind us, "I will be parked in front if you need anything." This happened multiple times and felt intrusive, especially when he would unexpectedly reappear at the places we were visiting. On several occasions, he asked uncomfortable and inappropriate questions, which made us feel uneasy. At each stop, Diego insisted on accompanying us to the entrance to register either his or Andrea's name, presumably to receive some sort of credit. It felt unnecessary and awkward. Additionally, he was resistant when we wanted to adjust the itinerary to visit different locations. Instead, he kept pushing for us to visit wineries that we had not initially expressed interest in. Regarding the planning process, Andrea had sent us an itinerary beforehand. However, after I requested specific stops, she mentioned that one of them was fully booked (which was understandable), but the second one was simply removed because she decided it wasn’t feasible. It gave the impression that the tour was more aligned with their preferences rather than catering to ours.

While we had communicated that the itinerary would be fixed once confirmed, we still made an effort to accommodate your request by driving you to the additional winery that was not originally included. We did this despite the tight schedule and constraints to ensure you had the best possible experience. 2. Last-Minute Booking: Given that your reservation was made on short notice during one of our busiest weekends, our priority was to secure quality experiences at the wineries that were available. Some locations fill up quickly, and unfortunately, we weren’t able to secure every single request due to availability. Our intention was never to prioritize our own preferences but rather to provide you with a smooth and enjoyable tour given the circumstances. 3. Driver Conduct: Diego’s priority was your comfort and ensuring you were taken care of throughout the day. His reminders about where he was parked were meant to reassure you that he was available if you needed anything, especially in busy areas where parking can be challenging. That said, I understand that this came across differently and made you feel uncomfortable, which was certainly not his intention. We will address this feedback with him to ensure our guests feel more at ease in the future. 4. Wineries and Check-Ins: Diego accompanying you to the entrance was not for personal gain but rather to confirm reservations and ensure smooth access, especially given how crowded venues can get on busy weekends. We do this to minimize any delays and make your experience as seamless as possible. We are genuinely sorry that aspects of the tour left you feeling uncomfortable, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us refine our service.
