Scopri Ribera del Duero a un ritmo rilassato in questo tour di due vini con prelievo in hotel da Madrid. Pensata per gli amanti del vino di tutti i livelli, questa esperienza ti offre un assaggio degli acclamati vini Tempranillo della regione. Visiteremo due cantine accuratamente scelte, personalizzate in base al tuo livello di conoscenza del vino e al tipo di esperienza che stai cercando; che si tratti di esplorare cantine moderne all'avanguardia, incontrare produttori di vino di famiglia o immergersi nella storia della regione. Ad ogni sosta, godrai di una degustazione guidata di tre vini, dandoti un vero sapore di Ribera del Duero. Tra una visita e l’altra, faremo una pausa per il pranzo in un ristorante locale (self-pay), dove potrete gustare specialità regionali o qualcosa di più leggero al vostro ritmo. Con un massimo di 8 ospiti da un massimo di 2 gruppi, l'atmosfera è rilassata, flessibile e sempre personale. Partenza per Ribera del Duero. Circa 2 ore.
La nostra seconda visita riguarda un progetto relativamente nuovo, ma fondato da persone con una lunga storia nella vinificazione. Camminiamo tra i vigneti (tempo permettendo) per parlare della crescita della vite e per mostrarvi una piccola struttura conosciuta come "guardaviña". Entreremo quindi in cantina per discutere dei vari processi utilizzati nella vinificazione prima di dirigerci nella sala di invecchiamento della cattedrale. La nostra visita si conclude con una degustazione di tre vini e snack.
Pranzo (facoltativo e non incluso nel prezzo): Se desideri mangiare localmente, ti lasceremo un po' di tempo per goderti un pranzo tradizionale locale a base di agnello da latte. Effettueremo la prenotazione prima del tour con uno dei nostri ristoranti preferiti. Se preferisci possiamo saltare il pranzo e passare direttamente alla seconda visita.
Partendo dalla Val Sotillo spiegheremo i vari punti importanti sulla D.O Ribera del Duero prima di intraprendere un tour della cantina per conoscere i metodi di vinificazione che ci condurranno in una rete di tunnel sotterranei, parte fondamentale della storia della vinificazione in l'area.

What an awesome tour with Michael. We checked out two wineries, each with their own unique winemaking style and model. Michael is very knowledgeable and passionate in wine. He took great care of us and explained everything so patiently. The lunch he arranged was fantastic, especially the baby lamb! Highly recommend this tour.

We truly had a wonderful experience with Michael. He was always punctual and, before our trip, very communicative to ensure we had the best experience possible. Michael picked us up from our hotel in Madrid and then we visited two wineries in Ribera del Duero. In between the two winery visits, we stopped at a terrific place for lunch as well that Michael recommended. The first winery was more modern and there was no skimping on the tasting. The second winery was almost ancient with winding tunnels in underground caves and also delicious wine. And lunch was basically a Michelin starred restaurant without the insane prices; amazing. We are looking forward to returning to Spain and exploring more of the wine regions with Michael again!
