Itinerario
Una tenuta che dal 1955 è stata classificata “Cru Classé”. Oltre 2.000 anni di storia vinicola e un castello del 18° secolo con una Contessa ancora in residenza. Questa bellissima proprietà e vigneto, tipici della regione, delizieranno sicuramente i vostri sensi con la sua storia e il suo ambiente. Esploreremo le cantine e la cantina, scopriremo tutto sulla vinificazione in Provenza, il terroir, le denominazioni... e ci divertiremo ad assaggiare molti dei migliori vini della tenuta. St Martin è l'ambiente perfetto per la nostra Masterclass in degustazione di vini, oltre a conoscere l'abbinamento cibo e vino!
In questo ambiente magico, sull'altopiano che domina la valle dell'Argens, avremo tempo per esplorare insieme i vigneti e ammirare alcune delle viste mozzafiato sull'Estérel e sul Mar Mediterraneo. Durante la visita alla proprietà avrai l'opportunità di vedere una delle cantine più straordinarie della Provenza... una vera gioia per gli occhi e i sensi. Inevitabilmente, avrai una degustazione accompagnata di vini più superbi di questa tenuta biologica di alta qualità, dove il proprietario e il suo team si sono dedicati alla produzione di grandi annate nel totale rispetto dell'ambiente.
Visiteremo il nostro terzo vigneto dove la modernità incontra la tradizione. Questa tenuta a conduzione familiare da 4 generazioni produce una gamma molto apprezzata ed estesa di vini vincitori di medaglie. In questo vigneto biologico certificato, godremo di una visita alla cantina ed esploreremo i punti più fini della vinificazione, degustando alcune delle migliori annate della tenuta all'ombra degli ulivi.

Clementine was an absolutely excellent guide who managed a group of 20 plus people with ease. Very knowledgable about the subject but she never made it boring. She delivered the tour with great personality and humour in a language that isn’t her native. Clemetine is excellent. Couldn’t recommend this more.

Our full‑day Provence wine tour was unforgettable. We visited three beautiful wineries, tasted 15 incredible wines, and learned so much from our guide, Laura, whose deep local knowledge and passion made every stop feel special. This wine tour was the highlight of our trip, I’m glad we chose the private tour. Peter, our guide, was probably the most knowledgeable wine guide we’ve had on any trip. The wineries were excellent and we enjoyed all of the tastings. He also gave behind the scenes tours of the beautiful wineries. We never felt rushed so it was very relaxing.

Wonderful full day private tour from Nice to the Provence wine region. Picked up promptly at our hotel in Nice. Visited three vineyards and had lunch in a typical French restaurant in a small hilltop town. Our guide Frank was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Tasted many Rose’ as well as reds and whites from the region that you will not find in America. Would definitely take another tour with this very fine company.
