Itinerario
La nostra visita familiare è pensata per adulti, adolescenti e bambini. Il tour inizia con una passeggiata nel vigneto, un paesaggio unico dove vi mostreremo le diverse varietà di uve canarie che coltiviamo, come il Listán Prieto, e vi spiegheremo il nostro sistema di irrigazione e i metodi di coltivazione in un terreno jable e vulcanico. Condivideremo anche la storia della nostra cantina e l'impegno che comporta la lavorazione di questa terra arida e straordinaria. Successivamente, entriamo nel cuore della cantina, dove nascono i nostri vini. Qui imparerete a conoscere l'intero processo di vinificazione: dalla fermentazione e dal lavoro con i lieviti fino all'imbottigliamento finale. Ogni dettaglio è importante nella creazione dei nostri vini. L'esperienza si conclude nella nostra sala di degustazione, dove vi invitiamo a gustare una selezione dei nostri vini, accompagnati da prodotti locali come l'olio d'oliva e il formaggio di Fuerteventura. Un'esperienza autentica e arricchente che mette in luce la viticoltura eroica di quest'isola vulcanica.

Excellent experience, second time we visited the winery and we are still surprised by the quality of the wines.The facilities have improved a lot since the first time we went about three years ago.It is worth not missing the guided tour, a very cetcano, friendly and very attentive treatment by the staff.

It was just the 2 of us with Barbara the tour guide who was lovely, passionate and knowledgeable about the whole process of wine making and most importantly the wines. The wines were very good and served with local produce which enhanced the whole wine tasting experience

This was a beautiful couple of hours well spent! I arranged this as a surprise for my wine-loving husbands 50th birthday that we were celebrating on holiday in Fuerteventura...it did not disappoint! To see the effort, hard work, and care that goes into this small business ess was so special...our host Isabella was so well-informed, really friendly and great with our three children too ... She knows her stuff! The wine is SO good, and tastes even better when you know the 'conatvs' that's gone into making it ...We couldn't resist bringing a bottle of each away with us, as well as the locally-made Olive Oil that was offered as a pairing with seasalt...WELL nice!! One of the most amazing experiences we’ve had as a new couple! Alexander was very good with explaining all of his knowledge about the vineyard and the wine tasting was exquisite! We stayed for a few glasses of wine afterwards and they couldn’t have been more helpful! The views are also incredible Would 100% recommend if you are visiting Fuerteventura! Best day of our holiday!

What a great experience! As others have said, it doesn't look much when you first arrive as there's a lot of work going on, but we received a lovely warm greeting from Izabela. Opening the shutter door and going down into the cellar took our breath away, it is truly beautiful even though its not yet finished. The pace of the wine tasting by Izabela was perfect who shared lots of interesting information with us. We tasted 3 wines along with local olive, bread and cheese - all delicious. We can't wait to return to see it all finished!
