Sei a Roma e vorresti visitare Città del Vaticano, ma non sei sicuro che i bambini lo apprezzerebbero. Ripensaci!! Questo è un grande tour di 2,5 ore, completamente interattivo, dei Musei Vaticani, della Cappella Sistina e della Basilica di San Pietro che manterrà tutta la famiglia pienamente impegnata. Non vi perderete nulla. Le meravigliose collezioni nelle Gallerie degli Arazzi e delle Mappe, nelle Stanze di Raffaello e naturalmente nella Cappella Sistina. È stato progettato per essere un'esperienza divertente e di apprendimento per i bambini, ma sappiamo che tutta la famiglia sarà affascinata. A causa della crescente popolarità dell'attuale papa Francesco e della sua intensa attività nell'organizzazione di eventi di massa in Vaticano, alcune aree potrebbero essere chiuse all'ultimo minuto senza preavviso. La Cappella Sistina potrebbe non essere accessibile. In caso di tali eventi la nostra guida turistica vi fornirà una valida alternativa focalizzando il tour all'interno dei musei Vaticani.

Incontri la tua guida vicino a Città del Vaticano e con l'accesso prioritario i bambini saranno felici, senza fare la fila! Metti le tue cose nei guardaroba del Vaticano e vai dritto ai musei. Durante la visita ci saranno molti giochi per tenere occupati i bambini e ci sono premi in palio; per tutto il tempo i bambini impareranno a conoscere le meravigliose opere d'arte in modo divertente ed emozionante. Sappiamo che i bambini saranno stupiti dalle statue greche e romane e dai sarcofagi delle imperatrici Elena e Costantina, madre e figlia di Costantino il Grande. Ci sono molte cose da vedere nelle Gallerie dei candelabri e degli arazzi, ma sappiamo che i bambini adoreranno la Galleria delle mappe. Inoltre, non possono non stupirsi della grande tela nella Sala Sobiesky e degli incredibili colori delle Stanze di Raffaello.
Il tour arriva quindi forse una delle cappelle più conosciute al mondo. La Cappella Sistina è il luogo in cui si svolgono le elezioni per il nuovo Papa ed è decorata con meravigliosi affreschi di Michelangelo raffiguranti Il Giudizio Universale. All'interno non è permesso parlare, quindi prima di entrare nella tua guida ti parleremo un po 'della creazione di Adamo e di altre storie bibliche che devono essere viste rappresentate negli affreschi.

Francesco, our tour guide, was amazing! He had our 7 &10yr old captivated for a 2.5hr tour, it actually went so fast we didn't realize it was 2.5hours. Lots of great facts and what to look for in the art work and sculptures. It was our best tour of the trip and honestly best tour I've ever taken. Overall, worth every penny!
Our guide was very good at keeping the kids engaged throughout the tour even when they were beggining to tire. The only reason we did not give it a 4 star was the tour operators schedule our visit for 9 am but did not have tickets to enter Vatican or a guide until 10 am. This made for a longer morning then desired. We specifically selected earliest time slot to have less crowd and finish quickly. The children were exhausted by the end.
Claudia was absolutely fantastic! She kept our boys (11, 7) engaged and made the tour fun and interesting for them, while still giving the adults lots of great history and information. My mother has some breathing issues and would need breaks after staircases; Claudia would make sure she had a chair for her to catch her breath. Would do another tour with her in a heartbeat!
Maria is absolutely fantastic. We had her 2 days in a row and she kept our 5 year old son engaged and attentive. I wish I could take her all over Italy on our tours!
Having been to Vatican City before, I knew in general what we were going to see, and once again, it did not disappoint. So many times, the guide makes or breaks the tour. Francesco was PHENOMENAL. He turned the tour of the museums, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter's Basilica and Square into an odyssey for both our kids (ages 10 & 7). He intrigued them with often overlooked details of the great masterpieces they were viewing, and in so doing taught them lots of art history along the way without them feeling "taught" in any way. My husband and I were also quite entertained & educated. Francesco was intriguing, personable, and made the art come alive for all 4 of us - the perfect combination to both educate and have fun while doing so. We would highly recommend both the tour and our guide Francesco.
We did this tour in July and can’t say enough good things. My daughter (8yr) and us adults enjoyed everything about this tour.

My daughter really liked this tour with Angelica our guide. She was very knowledgeable and she may it a great fun for kids! The group was small so it was almost private tour.
