Durante il tour entrerai in un caseificio locale e scoprirai da vicino le fasi della lavorazione del latte, seguendo gesti antichi che si tramandano da generazioni. Un racconto fatto di territorio, stagioni e pazienza, che prende forma in ogni forma di formaggio. Il percorso si conclude con una degustazione guidata di pecorini a diversa stagionatura, per coglierne le sfumature di gusto e capire come il tempo trasformi aromi e consistenze. be sure to get exact address-we did not receive exact address until after I called customer service, so we were late to the tour, and they were unable to accommodate us. It was a long ride and a complete waste of money

Great guide/owner who spoke good English and was very knowledgeable on pecorino production. Fun tour of farm. Also enjoyed w8ne produced on their farm.

The landscape is breathtaking, the farm four was amazing to see the sheep milking, see the other animals on the farm. We enjoyed the wine and cheese tasting and purchased some wine. There is a restaurant on property that we even came back a second time to enjoy dinner and the sunset. This is a chance to slow down from other busy day trips like Rome or Florence. You can get lost in the rolling hills of the landscape, it’s worth experiencing!!
Interesting tour on the aging process of Pecorino cheese. We had a variety of cheese samples paired with 3 different kinds of wine. Everything was delicious. The scenery was breathtaking! We had a wonderful time.

First class farm. Stunning views. Great guide. The drive there is one if the prettiest in all of Tuscany.
There is no wine tour, we got a bottle that even the tour guide said was from down the road. We watched a video and looked at pictures, all things that could have been done from the house. We did not see any cheese being made, we saw iPad videos of cheese being made, we saw no sheep. Basically we walked around the cheese making facility and watched videos/looked at pictures of what they do. The tour guide was nice, but the experience was lacking and worth no more than $20. You could probably get more out of a Netflix documentary. I’m more so frustrated with the false advertisement showing on Viator - we want to make sure other travelers are not mislead on this experience.
As can be seen from the description of our tour, a winery visit is not included together with the dairy visit. For this type of experience, guests need to select the **WINE 6 PECORINO CHEESE LOVER** tour. We would also like to point out that one of her friends had already taken the Pecorino tour. I wonder why he did not question the absence of wine… perhaps he had read the description carefully.
Enjoyable experience. Beautiful farm with lots of animals. Nice tasting of cheese and wine. Learned about cheese making process. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed the drive out to the farm, the views on the way, then once there being shown how the farm and its animals are responsible for the amazing pecorino we enjoy! Our guide/owner gave excellent explanation!
