Booked the day before a guided tour of the Prado Museum on May 1st at 12:00 and got confirmation that it was OK. I also got a reminder at 10 o’clock on May 1. Everything seemed OK but at 12:00 no guide arrived to the agreed meeting place outside the museum. It turned out that the museum was closed all day and half the day was ruined. After later reading the reviews for this tour, it turned out that this had happened several times before. Very unprofessional handling!!! The only positive thing which gave at least one star is that we got the money back quickly and relatively easily after contacting Viator's customer service.
Terrible experience. No one showed up. No customer support. We waited 25 min at the local point and no contact at all. After calling Viator support they were also unable to contact provider. Do not recommend! We couldn’t even enter the museum by ourselves.

I did not receive tickets. I tried to contact the tour operator and get them resent, but I never got a response so I did not go to meet the tour
The Tour guide did not show up and was not contactable on the number provided. I would highly recommend never using this company. Please contact me at your earliest opportunity to let me know when you will be providing a full refund.
This was a disgrace. They did not show up at the meeting point. Took our money.
Guide didn't show up. Waited 30 minutes. Just ended up buying individual tickets with audio guide for 1/4 of the cost and only waited in line for 5 minutes. So, wasted more time waiting for this guide to show up than just going in. They also didn't answer messages sent to them via their messaging app and their 800 number was no longer in service. Just hoping I don't have to fight them to get a proper refund.
I booked a scheduled tour of the Prado Museum and was genuinely looking forward to it, but the experience turned out to be incredibly frustrating. The tour guide never showed up—no message, no update, no explanation. I waited well past the start time with no communication from the company. To make matters worse, I still haven’t received a refund. I’ve reached out multiple times, and the lack of response has been just as disappointing as the missed tour itself. This was supposed to be a highlight of my trip, but instead it became a stressful and costly inconvenience. I cannot recommend this tour based on my experience. Reliable communication and basic customer service should be the minimum, and unfortunately, neither was provided.
Guide did not show and turns out the museum was closed the day they offered the booking. No feedback or communication from the tour company themselves. Avoid this tour provider - terrible experience.
