Be VERY careful with this company. They advertise on several sites such as Viator and Getyourguide, and their tours are scammy. We got one to the coliseum for 4, and while it was expensive, it was a basically a walk around the outside grounds, and no entry. Book elsewhere.

The tour you booked was our Colosseum, Roman Forum and Trajan Market exterior guided tour. This is a walking tour outside the monuments and does not include entry inside the Colosseum. We understand the difference can be confusing, especially since interior tours typically cost around80 euro per person. When you arrived, our staff explained the situation and even suggested you could request a refund, especially as you mentioned your son was unwell. We’re sorry that instead of reaching out to resolve things, you chose to post negative reviews on multiple platforms. We do our best to be clear about what each tour includes, and we remain committed to accurate descriptions and professional service.
We got the opportunity to have David as our tour guide and it made the experience 50x better. You could tell that he truly enjoys what he does. He made learning fun and interesting. He also took us on a tour of the Bascila di San Clementi and led us through layered ruins and it was super super super fun. He gave us tips for being tourists in Rome and was kind enough to inform me of places to go while on my study abroad in Florence. He’s a great guy who loves what he does and loves history and culture! If you’re gonna do a tour, BOOK WITH DAVID!

David was a great tour guide. Super funny and informative and gets to know everyone. Will definitely keep you engaged. First had him at the colosseum then booked another tour with him at the pantheon. Highly recommend!

It's a fraud. I got to the assembly point and there was nobody... no office, nothing. They didn't even communicate with me, all the other tours in Italy the agencies that give it tours sent you whatsaap messages. With details.

Great guide! Manuela knew her stuff and was very funny as well! We learned so much about the coliseum and life in Roman times! Well worth it!

This tour to the colosseum and the Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum is very difficult and strenuous. There are many, many steps up and up and up and down and down and down. You’d better be ready. Our tour guide was very good!!! She had a lot of trouble keeping those in her group together!! The tour guide has her rules that she has to abide by and the US citizens completely ignored her instructions and delayed the tour many times. Due to the delays, we don’t make it down to the Roman Forum. This is no place for children and least of all babies!! My friend and I complied with all of her instructions.

We had a phenomenal experience with our tour guide extraordinare, Tanya. Tanya had been doing these tours for 15 years and knows a lot about every stone you pass! She also brings very helpful materials with her on these tours that show what all these amazing places looked like during the peak of the Roman Empire. She’s also great at reading the group and either speed up or slow down based on what people are more or less interested in and how tired they are. The tour itself was unforgettable. I had read a lot abt these structures, but the sheer scale and engineering sophistication blew my mind.

The tour was cancelled by the company as there was some issue with the colosseum administration apparently. And we only were notified 2 days before it was due to happen. I have received my credit card bill this week and we have still not received a refund (almost 1 month ago) in spite of being told this would happen within 5 days of the cancellation. I have contacted the company and I am awaiting a response. This is very concerning and disappointing.
First of all please accept our apologize for what happened, and for the options we gave you you choosed the full refuneded as promised we did the refund on the same day, i do understand your frustration and once again we appologize for the inconviences we created
