Il tuo Sommelier certificato, amante della storia, ti Guiderà attraverso il nord della Borgogna, a 1h40 di auto da Parigi. Visiterai il delizioso villaggio di Chablis noto per il suo Chardonnay più pregiato, scoprirai le cantine costruite dai monaci, seguirai il percorso dei Cavalieri Templari e assaggerai Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, Chablis e Crémant de Bourgogne. Incontrerete produttori di vino, scoprirete la vinificazione, assaggerete più di 15 straordinari vini bianchi, spumanti e rossi. Trasporto da Parigi in un furgone molto confortevole e recente è incluso + 2 visite in cantina. Il tuo Sommelier, Luiz è più di una semplice Guida. Si è diplomato alla scuola vinicola WSET livello 4, ha avuto più di 20 anni di esperienza nel settore vinicolo, giudici per i concorsi enologici più famosi del mondo e si è qualificato all'8 ° posizione nel 2021 World Blind tasting competition a Chateauneuf du Pape. Itinerario
Incontra la tua guida/sommelier nel centro di Parigi alle 7:50. Dopo 1,50 ore di guida sicura in un comodo furgone dotato di aria condizionata con un massimo di 8 persone, arriverai alla tua prima tappa nei migliori vigneti di Chablis. Imparerai a conoscere le etichette dei vini francesi, i "terroir", le varietà di uva della Borgogna e anche la storia epica dei Cavalieri Templari e dei monaci cistercensi.
Visiterai il famoso villaggio di Chablis, noto per avere i migliori vini Chardonnay del mondo. La prima degustazione avrà luogo presso un famoso produttore di vino di Chablis. Avremo anche tempo per passeggiare nel villaggio e gustare una tradizionale sorpresa.
Dopo la pausa pranzo, il sommelier vi condurrà attraverso la zona dei vigneti verso un'altra denominazione della Borgogna famosa per i suoi grandi vini Pinot Nero.

What a wonderful day trip from Paris! The 3 tastings were such diverse locations, the charcuterie lunch was delicious, and the small group was so much fun. Luiz was a perfect guide -- answering questions about the local history, wine, and letting us doze off in the van on the way back to Paris!
Excellent adventure in the Chablis and Burgundy wine region in France. Guide was charming and professional and accommodating to a bathroom break. Our small group visited three wineries with multiple wine tastings at each one. An excellent lunch was served at the second winery with pairings of wine for each course. We had a bit of time to do some exploring of the third town which was fun. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this tour for solo or group travelers who are curious about the vineyards and countryside in France as well as delightful multiple wine tastings at each winery.
Louis was an amazing tour guide, he gave us a great amount of knowledge and an enjoyable tour of Chablis! It is nice to see his relationships with the local wine makers which makes the tour much more personable!

Our driver Louis-excellend and very knowledgeable on wines and the region which helped a lot. The only aspect that should improve is the lunch- we only got served a table with cheeses/ham and we were 6 including the tour guide and we visted 3 wineries.
I am so happy with your great feedback. Our lunch is usually in a very nice winery with individual portions to each person. The day you came, we had to go to a different place as our usual lunch venue was atypically closed. You were great guests.

Lovely way to spend your day. Our guide Louis (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was very knowledgeable and gave the tour a very personalized feel. Loved Irancy and Chablis and the opportunity meet Anita and Jean Pierre of Colinot winery and get private tour of their 400 year old cellars and operation.
