Aspettatevi di gustare: un piatto contadino con salsa di melanzane, zacusca, fagioli montati, uova di pesce, telemea e formaggi burduf, salsicce, pancetta affumicata, scoppiettii, cipolle rosse, pomodori e pane tostato, una selezione di formaggi rumeni: varietà di mucca, pecora e capra; una degustazione di prodotti di stagione, che può includere fragole di bosco, aglio selvatico, sottaceti piccanti, anguria o uva; gli amati mici (salsicce senza pelle grigliate) della Romania serviti con senape; una ciambella dolce valacca
- Quali bevande sono incluse nel tour? In genere offriamo una varietà di bevande tradizionali rumene, anche se le opzioni esatte possono variare a seconda della disponibilità. Di solito ci si può aspettare campioni di bevande : shot di tuica (brandy rumeno); fino a 3 birre, o bevande analcoliche e caffè / tè come alternative analcoliche.

- Quanto si cammina e usiamo i mezzi pubblici? Si tratta di un tour a piedi attivo che copre circa 6 chilometri a piedi. Usiamo anche la rete di trasporto pubblico di Bucarest, tra cui un breve tragitto in tram, per esplorare diversi quartieri. Si consigliano scarpe comode da passeggio!

Great tour. Great guide and loved the food and information. Fun times all around. The sausages were amazing.
My wife and I were recently in Bucharest for a river cruise and did the Bucharest food walking tour with Intrepid Urban Adventures. This was our second time using Intrepid Urban Adventures for a food walking tour. Daniel was a great guide with a wealth of knowledge and down to earth. The tour allowed us to experience different parts of the city, while getting to indulge in local cuisine. The tour is capped at 12 people, which is the perfect size. The tour was five hours, but the time went by fast!! For all of the food included on the tour and great information provided by Daniel, the cost was well worth it. We would definitely recommend this tour and would highly recommend Daniel!
Me and my friend went on this trip and got guide Bogdan who was an amazing guy with a sea of knowledge about Romanian history and cuisine. I strongly recommend booking this!
Andrea did an excellent job. She covered a lot of history of Bucharest and getting to visit the markets where the locals shop was fabulous.
Angelica was an excellent tour guide! We enjoyed a great mix of history, food and humor. We appreciated getting to experience parts of the city we would have not otherwise got to enjoy.
Daniel was awesome! He gave us so much great information about Bucharest and the food and places we explored were a perfect way to get to know the Romanian culture. Would highly recommend
Had an excellent tour with Andreae. She was friendly, bright and informative. Food stops were great and as there were only 2 of us on the tour, the tour went at our pace. Great way to see Bucharest and would thoroughly recommend. Top tip ….dont eat much before the tour as I didn’t eat dinner that day as had so much food on the tour!
Alex was a great guide . Informative , kept the info to the right level, didn’t rush us. The food was great too - a perfect tour for some insight into the history of the city and to see something beyond the guide book.
The positives first. Angelica is amazing . She is professional and went above and beyond to make this a great tour. I have done many food tours , this was average. I think it should be sold as a historical and food tour. They was not much food to sample.

Had a wonderful tour with Bogdam. Come with an empty stomach because there was a lot of food - and beer! Easy meet-up location on the steps of the National Theater. Everyone on my tour was from the U.S. Bogdam’s English was fantastic. Ate different types of salami, eggplant dips, olives, cheeses, bread, mici with mustard, a pretzel, cherries, a fried donut speciality. Soft drinks were available for those who didn’t want to drink beer or wine. Tried the local plum brandy shot. Visited different neighborhoods and a large fresh marketplace. Had a wonderful time and would highly recommend!
