I can’t believe I saw so much of Sri Lanka in just over a week (never felt rushed) and for such a good price. This was the best trip of my life—and I’ve traveled all over the world. And OMG, the food! I wish I could give the rating more than a 5. The hotels came with this package and they were all clean, comfortable, and with the most amazing viewpoints of every place we traveled—be it the country side, fruit belt of Nuwara Eliya, or the beaches of Marissa. Sham, my driver and guide, was the best! He loves his job, spoke excellent English, and handled the car with expertise in both the busy city and high mountain roads. I felt safe in his care and soon had no worries in the world, except to enjoy the beautiful sites, sounds, smells and tastes around me. Sham recommended the finest local craft shops and continually gave me suggestions on how to make the best buying choices. He has a good heart and never ending smile in his eyes. I found him not only a highly professional, warmhearted, knowledgeable guide, but a friend I will always remember. I walked away from the experience a different person. Exactly what I needed. Thank you Kingfisher. I will come again.
