We were able to zip line over water falls and rivers.Allowed me to see views that i have never seen before. We were able ATV through the jungle through trails that seems to be made just for us. Everything about this excursion was amazing. The only downfall was the long drive through bumpy back roads to get to the location. But id say that it was definitely worth it !!!
Our guide, Miller, picked us up at our hotel and dropped us off. It was a comfortable ride with nice conversation and learning facts about Costa Rica. On the way there, Miller stopped and bought water and fresh pineapple and watermelon. First, we did the zip lining. We were above the forest canopy and the views were amazing!! Miller took pictures with his phone and videos with his GoPro, which he emailed us after the trip. It was a completely private tour, which was amazing, especially since we were on our honeymoon!! After zip-lining, we floated down the river. It was a very peaceful float trip and again, Miller accompanied us, along with a guide from the company. Miller pointed out animals, called out to the monkeys and took tons of pictures. Finally, we did the ATV portion. They were waiting when we got off the river and we were able to hop on with a different guide and Miller. As soon as we got going, it started raining. But they pulled into a field area that had mango trees and he cut up the pineapple and watermelon right there and we had a snack. It was some of the freshest, most delicious fruit I have ever had. We spent the next 2 hours riding through the mountains/jungle in the rain and it was an absolute blast! I would absolutely recommend this excursion if you are able to!! Miller was such a great guide, and the pictures he took are amazing!
