The four-day tour was absolutely life-changing! Carlos was an incredible guide—knowledgeable, patient, and fun—and the cooks amazed me with gourmet-style vegan meals made with no electricity, keeping me well-nourished and hydrated throughout. While there were a few small miscommunications about showers, electricity, baggage fees, and my separate train back on a different train from the group, it only slightly took away from the overall experience. I highly recommend this tour for the breathtaking views, meaningful connections, and truly exceptional food—it’s an adventure I’ll never forget!

Walking the Inca Trail with my children was much more than a trip. It was a magical, profound and unforgettable experience that we will keep forever in our hearts. These were challenging days, with a lot of physical effort, but also of connection with nature, with history and with a very special energy that Peru has and particularly the Inca Trail. Every step had some adventure, learning and also shared excitement with my children. The company absolutely fulfilled everything they had promised us. The organization was impeccable from the beginning. But what really made the difference was the human quality of the whole team. The porters were amazing: always attentive, friendly, with a smile and admirable energy. Their work and dedication deserve our full respect and thanks. And a very special thanks to our guide Freddy, who was simply excellent. With an enormous passion for what he does, he passed on a lot of knowledge about Andean culture, history and worldview. Thanks to him, the road was not only a walk, but a true learning and connection experience. We return with a heart full of memories, with deep gratitude and with the feeling of having lived something unique as a family. Thank you for joining us on this special adventure.

The porters and the guide (Luis Echaiz) were spectacular, not only friendly but pending every detail along the way. The agency leaves much to be desired. They fail in terms of clear and timely communication as well as tracking tourists. Our return coincided with the train crash so taking the train was horrible and only the guide was concerned to write to us to find out if we reached the destination.

The guide and the luxury porters. The bad rating is only for the agency that worked without caring about its clients. He did not give us information in time on anything of the tour but a pdf with basic information. A day earlier already being in lime (being from Ecuador) just gives our contact to the guide who can help us who was excellent. There was no communication from the agency even though they were contacted repeatedly. There was a crash on the machupicchu train which caused absolute chaos, and the agency did not have the slightest intention of coordinating our transport once it reached Cusco. We weren't followed up at any point.
