After booking and prepaying 2 months ago and receiving confirmation from viator the day before i started messaging the operator as soon as my cruise ship docked at 6:40 for no answer. We all disembarked and went out in the hot sun thinking that our pricey private tour will be waiting. But no one was there for us. I messaged again at 8 and 8:15 and 8:30 and when i called viator (paid call back to the us) and held online they were able to send him an email and sent me a phone number direct to the operator in napoli. They wouldnt answer and later texted me saying they had no reservation for me. Around 9 when i sent them screenshot confirmation they alleged this was flagged for cancellation! Finally they proposed i wait few minutes to find a solution. Half hour later they asked me to wait again and after wasting about 3 hours of my day they cancelled on me. I had to take my wife and two children in the burning sun to the ship terminal and could not leave the port until 10:30 for a 3 hour day! I am hoping viator drops tjis operator and i am waiting for a full refund and extra crefit fory hardship. After all i wont be in Naples again and they wasted my chances at having a nice day. Stay away.
as already mentioned by telephone when the tour request arrived we the foxtravel company did not accept therefore your booking was left pending unfortunately we are sorry for all this, then you never contacted us in the previous days you only called us when you got off from the ship, we wanted to send you a van but unfortunately it was not possible in a very short time and you replied that you were taking a taxi. In any case, we are sorry for the misunderstanding and we remain at your disposal.
