Not worth the money! Lunch was arranged at 09.30 not normal. And city sign not visited!

It would have been better if there was a guide who spoke English rather than a driver who remained silent the whole journey.

It is only a driver who will accompany us. He explains nothing and speaks very little English. I would have taken a cab for a lot less. Not worth the cost

We were picked up by our driver, who didn’t speak much english despite the package offering an english speaking guide. There was no guide just the driver, whose response to any questions was “call the agent”. An itinerary would have been helpful, but none was provided. We were at the mercy of the driver. This is basically how the day went: - Pick up at our hotel at 10am - Stopped at the Gem gallery - 1hr allocated by driver. No way near enough time to shop had to rush out. - Big Buddha - 40mins allocated by driver - adequate - Pattaya City view point - Allocated 1hr - Floating Market - Allocated 1hr no where near enough time. Apparently this was where we’re supposed to be offered lunch, but because we were allocated 1hr and ushered off at the entrance we weren’t provided any information about the ‘included lunch’, and would’ve been impractical even if it had been provided in that time frame. When we called the agent, we were not provided any explanation or offer of refund. There is much room for improvement for a potentially good tour.
