Eagle wing failed to deliver any significant whale sightings on our 4 hour trip which was very disappointing. It is difficult of course but they need to deliver if they are to justify their very high customer fees. Very poor value for money.
Wonderful evening on the water with informed and engaging guides whose passion shined through. Fine memories for locals and visitors alike.
Just finished a spectacular 3-4h tour and was super fortunate to have had extremely calm waters, perfect sun and multiple sightings of not just one but two humpback whales! The whole operation was professionally done, from first introductions by Derek to tour narration from Lili and Molly. Clearly knowledgable and enthusiastic, this operation shows its dedication to environmental sustainability and education along with providing a great tourist experience! Would definitely recommend.

We had an incredible experience watching humpbacks with Eagle Wing Tours on a sunset cruise. It would have been memorable just based on seeing Zephyr and other humpbacks hunting fish so close to the boat, but hearing Derek tell stories about the Saling Sea’s history with those mighty whales and hearing the passion in his voice put this tour way over the top. I can’t wait to see the video of the elephant seals he captured from Race Rock, Derek’s storytelling is captivating. Emma and the captain were fantastic too, we had such a good time. It definitely got pretty cold, even with multiple layers we had to retreat inside several times to warm up. The blankets were much appreciated. If you ever visit beautiful Victoria, highly recommend a whale watching tour with Eagle Wing!

This was the best tour we’ve been on. Great perfectly sized boat- not too big not too small. The boat went far out , and went fast on the water but not to where I got seasick. The crew was very friendly and knowledgeable. We saw a bunch of Humpback Whales, including a mother and calf and hearing one “sing” which was amazing. Great experience- would recommend and will go again in the future.

The crew and the captain were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were always providing information about the whales. And were more than happy to answer any questions. There were lots of Orcas to be seen on the evening cruise. It can get rather cool out on the open water so would recommend a warm jacket. With the partly covered catamaran you can sit inside. Highly recommend these guys!!

Great experience on the 9.30am tour with Capt. Rod, Lily, Laura and the rest of the team. We sighted a few whales and sea lions, bald eagle. Biodiversity here is amazing. Highly recommended!

This was an amazing tour with Captain Pete, Liam, Carol, and Tilly. We saw sea lions, humpback whales, a sea otter named Dexter, and orcas. I most appreciated Tilly’s knowledge on the animals and the area. The crew managed the group well and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves. I would go again and again.

Capt Pete, Emma, Laura, and Keaton were fantastic guides. We had a great time - saw a killer whale and humpbacks, got a great education, and an epic sunset was the cherry on top. Two thumbs way up. We will definitely book with Eagle Wing again!
